HAE! RAN! RYU! The 'new Ryu' finishes her round at minus-10 for the day, currently holding a six-stroke clubhouse lead at minus-13 after round two!

I'm taking a mental snapshot of this leaderboard in case it never happens again.
1 Hae Ran Ryu -13 2 Yealimi Noh -7 2 Robyn Choi -7 4 Jin Young Ko -6
Jin Young shot a 67 and is in solo 4th (her score was the second best of the morning wave). Hae Ran was absolutely brilliant today. But Jin Young's irons were clinical. One way to avoid issues with putting is hit your irons within three feet of the hole.

Grace Kim shot a cool 68 today to get above the cut line comfortably.
A Lim blew up on the last 3 holes, shooting +4 to miss the weekend.
AP needs to play par golf during her shift this afternoon.

It looks like Bianca P kicked Yealimi out of the final grouping tomorrow with her 66, but she will be likely be playing with Jin Young and LC.
Do not refresh your browser, AP is flirting with the top 10. Hopefully she gets Lexi in her group so they will HAVE to show her on TV.

It depends on whether it's twosome or threesome; Bianca will be in the final group with Hae Ran if it's twosome; most likely Yealimi will be with the final group if it's threesome. How did you know Annie would play well this week; you seemed to be 100% confident since many weeks ago.

What, did Haeran Ryu read my post? She's not going to finish 20 shots ahead of the rest of the field but it's making an effort.
BTW, Jenny Shin posted on Twitter that she strained a muscle before her first round. She thought she could play through but thought better of it and quit.

Great round by Hae Ran Ryu with a clean scorecard with ten birdies. Really good round by Jin Young Ko had an early bogey and six birdies no bogeys after that.
Kudos, Hye Jin Choi minus four, So Mi Lee, Na Rin An and Jeong Eun Lee6 minus three. Jeong Eun Lee6 had three birdies one bogey front nine, but only one birdie back nine. I thought that she would have to get to plus one to make the cut, however the cut came to her. She still has a problem off the tee at two hundred thirty-eight yards way behind most of the field.
As I was looking around at driving averages, I noticed that Mi Hyang Lee was also at two hundred thirty-eight yards today.

Both her and Jen Chang have turned it around since the Dow, they must have had a nice bonding experience. You are right, twosomes tomorrow - Yealimi is with Robyn, AP gets Ash Buhai

Round 2 What can I say? One of the best rounds of the year by Haeran Ryu today. This is far from over, but she sure has staked herself out to a healthy six-shot lead! Jin Young Ko was also fantastic today, especially with her irons. And nice move up the leaderboard by Hye Jin Choi (68) and So Mi Lee (69). And even Six managed to make the cut. All in all an excellent result for the Sisters. Hwaiting!

I like Hae Ran but hopefully Yealimi can outscore her tomorrow to at least make it interesting on Sunday! How about 65-66 😂

So who do you fear most going into Saturday? Pagdanganan? LC? She's #1 in the past three months. Borge? Doesn't matter if her caddy is giving her poor advice, she ignores it! Jeeno, the 'golfer formely known as Atthaya?' You know what I always say, never count out the Thais! Even Schmelzel is due someday, Stacy recognized it by putting her on the Solheim team.
Go sisters! HAERAN RYU!

Ideally at this stage, the end of Sunday leaderboard would read 1. HaeRan 2. Yealimi 3. AP 4. Jin Young
