The only reason why the Seahawks went for a pass on 2 & 1...was if they were not successful for a TD....the clock would have stopped.
Then if Lynch was unsuccessful on 3 & 1....then Seattle would use there last time out to formulate the last play of the game for a TD.

If Seattle would have went to Lynch on 2 & 1...and unsuccessful....they would use their time out.....but if still unsuccessful on 3rd down....depending on how fast they set up for 4th down....the clock might have expired.

IMO....Seattle used their other 2 time outs inappropriately.

If they had even 2 time outs....I can just about assure that they would have gone BEASTMODE....all the way.

With Russell Wilson's scrambling abilities...they should have done a bootleg option on 2 & 1.....lateral to Lynch, throw or Russell running for a TD....in one play you have 3 options.

But it's always....woulda, shoulda, coulda....end of story.

I was downtown 94 Stanley Cup finals....but I missed the riots when I walked back to my car.
The 94 riot was like a bonfire compared to the outrage in 2011. The Vanc police have spent millions prosecuting the goons.

I went downtown after the games when the Canucks won the previous games at home during the finals...it was a lot of fun....I even got a video of a gal flashing the crowd....lol.

I was in Toronto during the 94 series. I went to a bar called the Loose Moose....it was dead watching the game cause TO was not interested in a Canucks vs. Rangers final.
My friend and I were having a drink at the bar beside a good looking snobby gal.

After the game......about 15 NHL players showed up....Lindros, Domi, Ranford, McSorley, etc.
The guys had a NHLPA meeting beforehand.
Within 5 minutes the bar was packed.....no social media required.
After an hour....the snobby girl at the bar was playing tonsil hockey with one of the NHL players.....it is maybe one of the ugliest guys....can you guess?

Not so much as an overturned garbage can in Seattle as far as I can see. There are still cars driving by with #12 flags. Seattlites only riot when the WTO comes to town.

I've been trying to figure out for years if Hee Young knows about her Rocket nickname. It's been used on Golf Channel broadcasts. I've seen people call her Rocket on her twitter feed (which she obviously reads). But not once have I seen her mention it. My guess is she knows about it, though.

Q. One of your bios it says your nickname is Rocket. Is that true, and how did you get that nickname if it's true?
HEE YOUNG PARK: Yeah, maybe two years ago it was Thailand -- the Honda Classic, but I shoot like 64-65-67 kind of stuff, and then when I make a birdie sometimes like easily like three in a row, more than that, and the people just, oh, you're rocket, you just feel it and keep going. That's why I think they called me Rocket.
