I can hear 3Putt laughing from here. 3Putt, if I die before you, can you promise to come to my funeral and let my family know that I died because "I picked the American crybabies." LMAO...it could be 6-2 by tomorrow morning...who would have guessed. Anthony I'm old...so old I think I could be your dad....I would never wish to see someone as young as you pass on. Unfortunately, I have attended three funerals of young people...and it is extremely so sad and devastating.

Alison Lee with the Bevins ally Stanford was a bad pairing. Alison was suppose to play with MW before she was ill. Juli wanted to get all her players out...and all she had was Stanford cause Lang and Piller were always going to be a team....they are very close...I saw them practice putting side by each at the CP CWO. They ran into a buzz saw in Hull. Alison was hitting it pretty well....putting was meh. Stanford has yet to win a match since 2011.

The players are very subdued...which makes it boring...I loved all the drama that came out of Colorado.
Due to the weather delay...my recording stopped early.
Who could imagine that the Euros could be 6-2 by early tomorrow morning and the Euros are only an average team. A Pac Rim vs. US event would be so boring because it would be lopsided.
Hull and Anna played great and Hedwall was hacking it up early. Sandra also had many great moments for the home crowd. We might see Hull, Anna and Sandra play all 5 matches. Nice size galleries.
I'm surprised Carin switched up many teams for the 4ball sessions.
Many caddies have looped for other players in this event.
The sun has really beat up Juli's face...Rosie Jones has aged well. Juli's opening ceremony speech was superior to Carin's...can the US chalk up a point for that match-up???....lol

As usual, the US has the inferior outfits. The only thing left for the Americans is to just wear body paint like the girls in Times Square. I'm sure attendance would soar if the Germans had a chance to see Angela Stanford painted up like Old Glory.

The Europeans won this after the opening ceremony. The US came out, and they looked nice. A black dress and a red suit jacket, nothing to write home about, but nice and modest. But then the Europeans show up in those bad ass leather jackets, like they were ready to put a hurtin' on someone. Anyone notice Carlota Ciganda flat out refused to take her sunglasses off? At one point, there wasn't a single ray of sunshine in Germany, and Ciganda was wearing her shades. Absolute bad ass. I'm a Ciganda fan from here out.
Also, ehem, excuse me one second.
....WHY DID THE AMERICANS DECIDE TO PLAY 17?! They're up by one, with two holes to play. They have a CHANCE to close out the match, but the Euros just won the previous hole. More than likely, you're going to be playing 18 in the morning anyway. Smartly, Caroline Masson in the other match flat out said she wasn't playing so the Euros can take their lead in that match into Sunday. The Americans should have done the same. Dumb, dumb, dumb decision.

Hindsight is 20/20.
Carlota got lucky....if the Lexi or Kerr eagled to close out the match...everyone would be drooling.
The Merican had red cardigans on in the opening ceremonies and flat looking sneakers....they looked like school girls...they should copy and finish the look with knee highs.
I didn't care for the Euro's black leather jackets...but yes they did look badass. If leather was employed I'd rather see an off white leather jacket used with less zippers and metal...obviously my age is showing.
So who sits out tomorrow morning.
I predict If Juli doesn't break up the teams...US sits Stanford/Bam & Lang/Pillar
Euros sit...Hedwall, Nocera, Reid & Carlota.

I saw this on WRX and too funny to ignore
"As I currently understand the format, the winning Solheim Cup team will advance to compete as the underdogs against the female contestants of next season's "Big Break Korea".

The fans and players were kinda subdue when Tutta and Sandra drained their putts to go 8-4. The fans IMO were also quiet at the Evian.
I wish I was Carlota when she was hugging Aza at the 1st tee when Gal sank her putt.
I'm surprised Lexi/Kerr sat out and how much Hedwall and Carlota are playing and Aza on in 2 matches.
Someone wrote ......all the Euros need are 6 points on Sunday to retain the SC...hmmmmm.

This is the 1st time Ive ever rooted for USA. Europe should win easily. If they lose it will be a monumental collapse.

Im glad Inkster gave Mannika an earful today. Sorenstam treated Se Ri like garbage throughout her career. She is a con artist and it is hard to believe such a pill is so beloved on the Golf Channel. She is an overrated cold fish who set women's golf back 20 years.

Annika to Suzann in the locker room. "Pay back time from the 2000 Solheim Cup......thanks Tutta"
I said before...there was no drama in this year's Solheim. This was all planned out...Tutta taking advantage of rookie Alison......even Charley was crying.
Tutta just saved the Solheim from obscurity.
Kerr must be happy...now she no longer is the #1 b*tch on tour.
Juli is so mad...saying everything is BS...Karen Stupples when interviewing her should have asked Juli if the Annika 2000 Solheim situation was BS too.
The Golf Gods might pay Tutta back. Stanford has yet to win a point in the last 3 Solheims....after Angela hammers Tutta 6-5 in singles...Angela asks Tutta to autograph her shoes. Hmmmm.....and of all people to face.....Kerr might give Hull a beating too.
A cat fight will occur in the parking lot this evening...that's why Carin selected Hedwall as a pick....Caro scares me.
DRAMA....luv it......K-Drama can't compare.
Jason Day will win today by 10 shots...but this will be the 1st time women's golf will dominate golf discussions on GC and other media forums/channels.

Christina Kim would have been a good pick for a parking lot match.
Regarding the controversy, we're talking about a 1/2 point. What's the USA's excuse for coming out of the blocks in Singles like chokin' freakin' dogs? They're up in only two of the first ten matches.
UPDATE:
Their ears must be burning...USA leads in six matches...not enough, but I like the trend...on paper, the USA should win Singles 9-3, but it usually doesn't work out that way.
