Japan's TV Wowow has a good setup here ... four Japan players in the morning wave are on prime-time TV in Japan now (Furoo and Chairwoman Mao in top-10!) ... and then four other Japan players will be on prime-time on Friday night. Harigae is a throw-in bonus.  They don't have the rights to the USWO, don't know who does yet.

Don't know if it will be enough to satisfy the 4-caps on GolfWrx, but Pretzel was doing her homework on the course yesterday. I don't know what Yuna is holding ... I doubt it's a can of SKOAL.

Sickly, weakened, frazzled Dumbo ... uh huh ... was at -2 thru nine holes you SUCKERS.

This course has a weird layout with the 10th tee about a mile from the clubhouse ... one assumes there will be heavy duty motor-cart traffic to make this happen today and tomorrow. I assume everyone will go off the 1st tee on the weekend, unless they have weather problems.

In Gee has hit the wall and is plummeting down the leaderboard; Hyo Joo and Hae Ran did terribly. We're going to need the afternoon Sisters to step up here! Sisters hwaiting!

Although I wasn't at every hole yesterday, I spotted no fairway hash marks ... today's online scorecards confirm that, NO driver distance stats.

In Gee got into the house at +3. Not great, but in these conditions not terrible, either. Jin Young has apparently only hit 1/5 GIR (!!). She has a tendency to start slowly, but she needs to pick up the pace, the Sisters need her. Fortunately, she was at even par after those five.
[EDIT]: Of course, as soon as I posted, she missed the next green and made bogey. Hye Jin also at +1.

At one point relatively late in the round, the top of the leaderboard was a three way tie between Ruoning, Janet, and Jenny at -3.
You know what I was thinking at that point... Where's Haney when we need him? Can't you hear him saying, "At the top of the leaderboard, it's a three way tie between Yin, Lin, and Shin!"

Whew, another crummy Major for the Sisters in the making. In general a pretty terrible leaderboard. What happened to the stars in this league? Other than Henderson, almost all of these players in the top ten are obscure, with Lee Anne setting the "Pace". (I guess Saso is known, but she hasn't been all that great lately either).
To be honest, I wasn't expecting much out of In Gee. She surprised me by being momentarily in the lead, but that didn't last long. She finished at +3, right about on the cut line. She can certainly make the cut, but she's going to need a second round boost like she had last week. Hopefully she makes the cut and can enjoy a nice few days to get ready for Pebble.
Hae Ran and Hyo Joo are pretty much out of it at this point.
Jin Young really had an awful front nine, at one point 1/7 in GIR. She managed to rally, but a late double prevented her from being under par. Still, her 72 was heaps better than either Lydia or Nelly. Thitikul and Thompson also had rotten days.
On the other hand, Six had a surprisingly good day, and Hye Jin made a final hole eagle to get to even par. Still, there are few Sisters in the top twenty and only one, Jenny Shin, in the top ten.
Well, perhaps Friday will be better? Sure hope so. Hwaiting!

The one fault I see in professional lady's golf is poor lag putting.
A lot of time on a flat putt they will blow it ten feet by or leave it five feet short.
I can tell when they are going to leave a long putt short because they move their head at contact.
Which cause them to not follow through and miss hit the putt.
Just my observation
