Did you get this from the "Shotlink-type" data on the KLPGA online leaderboard or from the TV broadcast ? Even after the website change, you could still see yardage stats on its leaderboard for the stroke play events. However, when I click on the Iron Cho match, all I see are scores of two players by hole ... no working links to yardage data on the holes, unless I'm doing it wrong. From the broadcast. Stupidly, it looks like they don't have the shot-by-shot stuff for this event? (or I couldn't find it). It was a combination of doing the math from the hole length and the approach length (they usually say how far the player has left to the hole). Sometimes they have a little animation showing the trajectory of the players' drives and how long they were; that's where I got the 294 meter drive for Bang from. This hole had two greens, with the flag on the right green (or left green as you looked back towards the tee). Her drive ended up close to the green without the flag, which was a tad closer to the tee than the flagged one. Interestingly, she lost that hole, as her pitch from about 30 meters was not close, and Hong got close and made birdie IIRC. I fell asleep before the end of the Ayean/Min Byeol match so I didn't see how it ended, just that she was 1 down for a while and couldn't seem to win another hole. |

Good Match between Min Hyun Choi and Hee Jeong Lim.
They didn't make many birdies but only one bogey each.
Hee Jeong isn't hitting her usual four or five close birdie approaches.
However, Hee Jeong hit close on eighteen when she needed a birdie to tie the Match.
Hee Jeong also has a new Management Team as well as different clubs.
Her swing hasn't changed, so getting use to the clubs she will play better.

One of the drags about match play is that it's easy to get a field where most or all of your faves are out. Annoyingly, this is exactly what happened for me. I was rooting for about eight players, and even the ones who had the advantage on the final day lost. A perfect storm of frustration. Sigh.

I turned on the stream 20 minutes ago, but have been making a late dinner in the kitchen, so I'm in the dark on the play so far and I haven't studied the scoreboard. THEREFORE, my pick for the tourney winner is Yu Jin Sung ... showed great poise against the LPGAers in Hawaii and shouldn't be scared of anyone left in this field.

First hole through thirteen that Hee Jeong Lim didn't hit her approach shot two or three clubs short.
She had a decent look at birdie and three putted to go one down.
In her defense she missed so many greens short she forgot how to lag putt I guess.
