I'm not very interested in the big hitting players with crappy short games. We have enough of them already with Wie, Thompson, Lincicome, Piller and Jutanugarn... Minjee Lee, Mirim Lee.... LOL

Minjee Lee, Mirim Lee.... LOL I said long hitters with crappy short games. Anyone who saw Mirim get up and down from the rocks in China last year would know that does not apply to her! Not sure why Minjee is in that list? She is both not super long and has a pretty complete game. But if you want a Korean example, go with Jee Young Lee, never one of my faves (though she seems like a nice kid).

So I'm not anxious to get another one in Henderson. Your mileage may vary! I saw Kwak play with Ko at the 2012 Canadian Women's Open. Man, she was terrible. Judging from what I saw this week, it looks like she has improved a whole heap since then. Good for her! (The hat didn't do anything for me, but I still think it's rude to say what he did. Joke about her 'unique style' or whatever, but don't outright call it embarrassing. Not classy!) Hater. Be a LOVER not a hater.....otherwise you should change you alias from HappyFan to DarkCloud. Hmmmm....seems like the pros you don't care for......happen to be Yanks, Canucks or 'fake' Koreans. And two of the above pros are needle movers....at least in the US...hey don't you live in Merica?.....lol. Are there any Mericans of non Asian heritage you do like? Hey...you must be a closet Ko fan......why would you be watching Kwak?....she was playing with Ko Thurs/Fri.....I don't know why I remember Kwak...yet I can't think of the 3rd player in the group. Your opinion and that's OK....but IMO....Abbott's comment about Kwak's hat was funny. Tommy provides a bit of humor to some very boring LPGA coverage...especially with PC Judy & Terry Gannon. I don't know, picking on Kwak was like kicking a puppy. This is not a rich kid, this is a journeyman who has finally managed a great finish, cut her some slack. Picking on someone with so little power just seems mean, not funny. Has she ever even been on TV before? As for Ko, I've said many times I lost my interest in her when she went pro and publicly dumped her lifelong coach. Before that I liked her, and did follow her in Vancouver for a few holes (which, as you point out, is why I was following that group). Keep in mind this was before she had ever won any LPGA events.

Let's face it...if Brooke was wearing the flat brim Kwak was sporting....Abbott would have made fun of Brooke. I like the flat brim....but if I was JDX...I would not be happy with a camouflage cap....it was difficult to make out the the JDX logo...especially on TV....did they not review the apparel before it heading out for production/embroidery? Don't hate Lydia....hate The Dragon Lady.....if I was to guess....Tina wa s likely the main influence to dump Guy Wilson. It would not surprise me that The Dragon Lady befriended BJ ....to gain his counsel how to develop Lydia into a money making machine like Michelle. Of all the golf coaches....why Leadbetter?.....hmmmm.......MW's coach.......would not surprise me BJ got a referral payment from Leadbetter to get Ko under his umbrella.....lol Sean Hogan was suppose to be Lydia's main coach.....but any info on Ko's instruction/coaching has come from the mouth of David in the media. Tina knows little about golf....I doubt she could break 130...anyone who knows anything about golf..... knows about LEAD POISONING......lol. You've heard me say it before...Lydia could win with a monkey on her bag and win with that same monkey coaching her.

Minjee's 14th in driving distance and in the 100's in sand saves. I'd tell you her putting stats, but the LPGA web site is not only giving out that stat, but, as of today, isn't giving out any stats anymore. They need serious help. And I'm not trying to pick on Mirim or Minjee. I just wanted to rib ya because I've picked on 3Putt enough.

One of those chips Brooke made on Sunday was quite hideous...it's like she hooded the blade and hit it off the heel. But, it’s not totally crazy to think she could win an LPGA event this year...look how fast Lexi picked up her first win. The TV angles seemed to show her drives as being low and straight. There are pluses and minuses to that, but it didn’t stop Sherri Steinhauer from having a career and Brooke is probably twice as strong. IceCat: Yep...my first of several visits to “The Mall” was Game 4 of the ’92 playoffs against Montreal. The Whalers won, but lost the series and never made the playoffs again. Saw at least three AHL Wolfpack games after the Whalers left Hartford. I made pit stops at a couple of Hurricanes games in Greensboro in ’97 and ’98…on the way to visit my sister further south. Never saw them in Raleigh. Hit Worcester games a couple of times on the way to or back from Mt. Snow. Mr3putt: You’re a Canadian and you asked “Why?” Do you want to get deported?!!!! I’ve always liked hockey, but I don’t follow it closely anymore. I’ve also played a lot of no-check open hockey (pick-up games). Did many road trips by car or rail for about 15 years throughout New England and the Mid-Atlantic states...NHL, AHL, ECHL, and a few college games. It got old so I stopped. mr3putt: It’s called cheating...I have chronological albums full of ticket stubs and my amateur photos.

She doesn't come across as a boomer. Interesting. Minjee definitely is still trying to get used to the pro life, so I'll take her short game stats with a grain of salt for now. I think she showed herself a quite capable putter/chipper in her amateur days.

Phil I'm happy to see you picked up on Brooke's low driver ball flight. As I said before...... I only watched Brooke for one hole back in 2013. She had a ridiculously low & slight draw driver ball flight....maybe the lowest flight of any accomplished golfer I've seen. Because of this......back then I thought it would hinder her chances to compete at the highest level.
I won't be able to determine if her ball flight continues to be this low until the CP CWO later this year.

I just wanted to rib ya because I've picked on 3Putt enough. Anthony Bring it on....I luv a good scrap. So who do you like this Saturday night? I'm rooting for Pac Man....but I think Mayweather has a reach advantage.....I don't know much history about them. This fight might be fixed....lol....so both can have a re-match in Nov (Thanksgiving weekend) so both can make $150M each.....lol. I'm trying to figure out a bar where the Filopino's attend....if I can't find one....I'll just go to a local pub. I know the pay per view stream starts at 9pm EST....but do you know when the actual main event will start?

Mayweather will probably win after a pretty slow fight. Everyone expects a knock out, drag out brawl where these two break the crap out of each other, but Mayweather is too smart to allow that to happen. Still, Mayweather makes my skin crawl.
