I'm surprised we haven't seen a rant from Happyfan that Gulbis got an invite. More Yank racism....TERMINATOR paired with 2 scrubs...Clayton & Inkster At least the LPGA read ss.com for a change.....SYR playing in a premier group with 2 FAKES.

Maybe Red Cap 45 signed an executive order to get Gulbis the invite.

It's amazing that when the curtain goes up for real on Friday, the two Monday qualifiers (who shot 66 & 67) fold up like a pair of $3 suitcases. ********* A Japanese article says Nasa deliberately practiced and played with only the top players this week (Minjee, Ai, Nomura, & Ryu)...it must have helped. The article says Nasa is playing for a spot at the KPMG, but I think that's wrong...all 156 players are listed for that one at lpga.com, including Nasa. Looks like the same looper she had at Shop-Rite...I think Nasa could bodyslam this guy.

WTF was the Asian Giraffe thinking on 13....putting away from the hole and then nearly 3 putting from there...BJ's gonna tear a strip off his ATM...no wonder he trolls MW at each event.
Even a 20 handicapper would have either putted or hit a low running chip towards the fringe to let it break towards the hole. If I was Juli...I'd bench Wie until singles at the Solheim cause she can't think like a pro.
I know it's the pro's final decision...I can't believe Matthew couldn't talk MW to avoid a simpleton decision to putt away from the hole.

Not to crazy about the interview. He seem to suggest that the reason she shot six under. Was because of a favorable tee time and her putting . So Yeon missed only two greens and had twenty nine putts. Even though she may have made some long putts, she could also have missed some short ones. Twenty nine putts is not a great putting day.

Ko off to her usual slow start...Tina hello...it's a 54 hole event. An indication of how Lydia's game is right now. She hit her second shot to the back fringe on par five eighteen. A chip that she used to get within five feet. She left it about twenty five feet short. Her birdie putt was nearly five feet short. Leaving her a tough par which she did make.
