3putt you do realize that Japan has a lot more corporate money than a divided Korea. ...and all the corporate money in Korea rests in the South while the North has to resort to illicit things like counterfeiting, sending contract laborers overseas and launching ransomware attacks to feed their military-industrial complex while ordinary people outside the capital dine on roots, giving new meaning to the phrase Hunger Games.

I'm watched the edited replay this morning...is there bad blood between Winbee and The Stone Buddha? Park beat Lee like a rented mule from the get-go...Lee, 6-down, must have realized her match was already dormie when 13th hole was halved, but she didn't stick around the green for a ceremonial hug.

The players sure don't give too many putts, unless they are close to being tap ins.
Glad to see Jin Young fight her way back on the back nine, from two down on front nine. Her approach shots were either short or over the green front nine. It seem like her yardage was off, because it her swing looked good.

I found an article from Seon Hwa's perspective. She claims (if I read this correctly) that Inbee putted in from the fringe on the first hole and chipped in on the second, and that's the way the round basically went: Inbee looking really sharp. She went on to say that she didn't expect to win, but having won the 2007 HSBC Match Play, she expected to play better than she did, and that her short game in particular was not sharp. But she vowed that she would play better in the two remaining matches. At least from this interview, it didn't sound like she had any problem with Inbee. She probably was smarting from the whipping she got is all.

Queen Bee is Back -- promo video for this tournament:
Round 1 highlights and standings. It's in Korean, but the names are all in English so you can easily see what's going on. Inbee put on a putting/short game clinic from what I can see. When the ball wasn't in the hole it was right next to it. Seon Hwa looked a little shell shocked.
PS - I don't think that's Grace talking; is it Hee Kyung Seo?

By sheer accident/coincidence I tune into the stream and see this. Wow....what a SORE LOSING BIT*H...I have never seen anything like that in golf....so why is her name Stone Buddha. You can see in the above vid...Stone Buddha walk off....no acknowledgement of Winbee's win. Koreans are so catty....the Korean lady we use to play golf with...said she didn't like to play with some Koreans cause all they did was back stab and spread rumors and show off...though they had no money and FAKED it....debt ridden...and we thought the Chinese are dbags. She once joined 3 Korean guys as a single....she said one GOOF started to look and touch her clubs without her permission and asked why she played Honma's...it was so bad she quit after 9 holes.....that's pretty sad considering she's a golf addict would normally NEVER QUIT......she wouldn't even quit if it started raining several times in the winter when she was out playing with us.

I didn't see the match. I find it hard to believe a player would walk off without congratulating the winner. If true, a lengthy suspension is required. At least try and act like you belong.

Believe it...Phil and I saw it...the above vid cut it short....but it was a COMPLETE SNUB by Stone Buddha...walking away without acknowledgement of losing the match and shaking your opponents hand and thanking them for the game.

Just saw MSK 5 miss a four-footer for par on her last hole...she got killed 5&4. Sharon lost again, but at least she didn't get waxed this time (1-up). Another win for the Mini Rocket, who will face unbeaten Minjee Park on Friday

So she got beat 6&5...doesn't mean she should act like a B*TCH and walk off the course and not thank your opponent for the match and game. I guess Stone Buddha didn't want to stick around and have Winbee ask her to sign a ball for her friend...ala the thrashing the Phony Pink One took from the hands of Charley Hull at the 2013 Solheim Cup. Ole Ole...hope the Yanks take a beating at Des Moines this summer.

I bought a new Adams Super LS 3H with a 80 gm stiff Kuro Kage....it's still in the honeymoon phase....it's a rocket if I nut it. How's your Adam XTD treating you these days?

3putt you do realize that Japan has a lot more corporate money than a divided Korea. Ya but...Koreans are golf crazed. Cdn companies would proportionally spend more on hockey vs. US companies...even though the US has a 10+ fold greater GDP than Canada.
