This is the only game in town this week. Korean team looks really strong; many of them played very well against LPGA squad this past week. I agree. Watching them all year and in Inbee's tournament, I still think they are the strongest team.

The more important game in Japan is at Tokyu Seven Hundred Club east of Tokyo where Stage 4 of JLPGA q-school will start Tuesday. Tee times for 102 players have been posted. Unfortunately, there's no one-click way to translate those names into English on that page. I have no info on how many players will be awarded top status for 2017. I'm guessing the number will be higher than the LPGA q-school cut line...only the top-50 on the JLPGA money list got a pass for 2017 and a typical JLPGA tournament will have at least 96 players.

Google Chrome translates that pairing list, the one player i noticed was kotono kozuma, plus other established players.

Most JLPGA events have a field of 108 with about a dozen having 120 or so, the top 40 get full cards for 2017. Rikako Morita, Onnarin Sattayabanphot who are previous winners struggled this year and are in the field!

She has the white visor and that's Hirano with the blue visor. https://www.instagram.com/p/BNWABzEBy_M
