Well that was the worst case scenario. Paige Mack getting her pick to win right is kicking me while I'm down, too. SYFan you had me laughing pretty hard. You guys wait til Yani is winning again and I'll show you over the top fandom. I wish all the players could experience how Brooke felt today. Not how it works though. LMAO...are you in the sauce again tonight?

Man....Ko knows how to s*ck up to all her peers...Bam was luvin her today and ignoring fellow Yank Gerina. If Lydia won..The Dragon Lady should have bought Bam a new boat....but unlikely...Tina likes her money....Lydia had a Twitter contest for a signed ball...oh boy...lol. Anyone want to offer me $5 for the autographed ProV1 from the 2012 CWO?

I must admit Ms. Hee Young Park looked fetching. It was weird to me to see a dude caddying for her.
Great stuff from young Miss Henderson. Why didn't I include her in my Pakpicker?
I'm watching the repeat on The Golf Channel. They show Chella a lot. Did last night, too. Must be the orange ball. Speaking of which, when Chella was waiting to tee off on 10 (Friday?), Kelly Shon(?)'s caddy showed her ball to notify Chella what Shon was playing. Chella was about to show him her ball but he playfully waived her off.

Someone from the highest quarters of Washington clearly called golf channel to keep the knee highs off TV. The KLPGA & JLPGA pros put the LPGA pros to shame in the fashion dept.... even the Koreans who make it to the LPGA lose their style
No generalities, please. Mi Hyang, who had no use for the KLPGA from Day One, wears a genuine Asian brand (MU Sports) and it suits her well. She is 0% fake and 100% OEM (I think). MHL IS THE BEST!!!
Speaking of fashion, that was a really nice outfit Lydia wore on Sunday. She needs to burn those "Big C" sweaters.

Didn't go to the tournament today. Three days was enough for me! As I was watching the coverage early on, a thought entered my head. How could the Golf Gods screw with my happiness in the maximal way? What if Ko, Henderson and Jutanugarn ended up 1-2-3? No, they couldn't be that cruel; especially in the only event this century in my home town! Damn golf gods. Seriously, though, congrats to Henderson. I might not like her, but I can't deny she played well all week (I like her even less now; she not only took away Inbee's title, she also knocked Inbee out of the #2 ranking in the world. What a terrible week the Sisters are having!). Yeah, she got a major break with that ace and that chip in, but she deserved the win, somehow catching Ko when she was on a roll. I was actually enjoying the early going, even though I had no faith that my faves were going to challenge Ko. A lot of good shots, great eagle by So Yeon on 11 (but she failed to keep that momentum going). Mirim had some great stuff, but she and Amy just made too many mistakes. Great week for Hee Young as well. But once Henderson chipped in, I admit I bailed. It isn't nearly as much fun watching week after week if I'm certain none of my faves are playing well enough to close the deal. The past two months has been brutal for my enthusiasm. The Korean stars have certainly shown they can hang with the players who finished at the top; they did for three rounds after all. They just need to figure out a way not to get into their own ways on Sunday. There were some positives, though. In Gee managed to finish t-30th, which sucks but at least secured her spot on the Intl Crown team. There were still five Sisters in the top ten, plus Su Oh and Ko, which is a lot more than the Americans managed (there were 0 Americans). Tiffany Joh had a good week, Inky did well even with a terrible final day, and Ha Na Jang seems well on the mend. I have a feeling I won't be seeing a Korean win for a while, but I do think the Sisters will rally and return to greatness before the end of the year, and after three straight terrible Major results, there's bound to be a good one or two upcoming. I may just not be watching a lot of tournaments before then. Addendum: Su Oh jumped up 22 spots in the world rankings to 40th. Why is that important? For the first time she has moved ahead of Karrie Webb, and is now the second ranked Aussie. That means that she and Minjee Lee might well be the two Australians at the Olympics. Stay tuned! PS 2: In Gee posted this on twitter. It sounds like she's a little peeved by her performance and is letting everyone know she will be back! Korea Hwaiting!

In Gee has to be thankful that Golf God delayed the arrival of Ariya and Brooke by one year, and that she chased down Amy and Stacy to win 2015 USWO.
Now the Genie is out of the box, Ariya is the force the like of Tiger Woods in his prime. She certainly has the short games that match Tiger in his prime.
It's a perfect week for Brooke, and it took all of it to run down Ariya and Lydia. But unfortunately, like everyone else, this is Ariya's world and everyone else just lives in it.
In Gee is clearly facing a LPGA that's different than the one she imagined; the best players are all younger than her. But this won't be the end of her because she is a believer and she always rises to the challenges.

Dumbo needs a couple of weeks off. She is playing Michigan, so the Chuns must still owe money on the family restaurant.
I have a feeling we won't be seeing much more of Dr. Won Park. She needs a real teacher. The ability to hit nice looking shots at a big city driving range isn't enough.

Yeah, The Rocket looked great, although blue trim in the shoes would have been preferably. Yeah, I know what you're saying, "What shoes?"

Olympia Fields may be a decent follow up. Although, the 2003 US Open was a real borefest. Hopefully SHP will be here full time by then and she can over power the place.

But this won't be the end of her because she is a believer and she always rises to the challenges. I don't agree whatsoever with the notion that this is Ariya's league. I saw her play in person; I have rarely seen so many sloppy shots by a top rank player. For now her flat stick is hot and she's been able to recover from her many mistakes, but that sort of thing comes in waves, and if she has to start depending on her accuracy and putter I think she will fall back to Earth a lot. In watching In Gee, I came away thoroughly impressed by how well she hit the ball. She had accuracy issues in round 3, but in rounds 1 and 2 she was always decently long and straight. Her irons were solid, and her short game good. The difference in her game is her putting. When she played well last season, she was the top putter on the KLPGA. For a time, she was tops on the LPGA, too. I think her putter will come around, and when it does, I expect great things from her.
