I've more sympathy for In Gee by watching Cristie Kerr hacking it all around the golf course; golf is hard.
I remember watching Jack Nicklaus shooting a final round 86 at Pebble Beach one year; it gets to everybody.

Lizette Salas missed two 2 footers in a row; I can't complain about In Gee's putting anymore.

So Yeon should have a long talk with herself tonight. Not because she shot three over par today, that can happen to the best. However she hit 14 0f 14 fairways, but had a double bogey on two of the par fives. That shouldn't ever happen to a world class golfer like she is. She also hit only eleven of eighteen greens.
Oh well, a good round tomorrow, and have it carry over to the big one next week.

Round 3 Very interesting. Kerr bungles it up today and suddenly there are a lot of people with a chance to win this. Eun Hee Ji had a great day and worked herself into the final round tomorrow. Why isn't Inky in there, too? She shot the same score as Salas but finished first; shouldn't she have been in the final group? Anyway, IK had a few clunker shots today, but she ground it out and shot a 69 to finish tied for first. She has a golden chance to take this tomorrow. But just three back are two names becoming bigger and bigger. Jin Young Ko and Hye Jin Choi both shot 66s, and suddenly they are just three back, certainly close enough to set a clubhouse score and see if it sticks. They finished 1-2 already once this year. Inbee also had a good day, a 68, and though she is five back, this is Inbee we are talking about. If she gets hot with her putter, anything can happen. Still, I think a run to a top ten would be plenty good enough if she can manage it. The big bummer today was So Yeon's 75. Two doubles on par 5s! Where did that come from? She finished second here last year, didn't she? Oh well, she isn't going to win, but I hope she can produce a good score to give herself confidence going into the big title defense next week. Sisters HWAITING! Hee Young Park Mirim Lee

Why isn't I.K. in the final group?

Why isn't I.K. in the final group? LPGA, unlike PGA, never follows the first in last out pairing policy rigorously. They don't want two Koreans in the final group; but it won't stop the best player from winning the tournament.

Why isn't I.K. in the final group? That is a very good question considering as Happyfan says, IKK finished before Salas. Oftentimes I get this feeling that the LPGA is a joke, that it runs ITSELF like a Mickey Mouse operation. See why it's different out here indeed. Different as in less integrity, more loosey-goosey with protocol. Feelings over hard and fast rules. Screw the LPGA! They are as sexist as anyone. Who needs real stats, like scrambling, or putts per GIR, or total driving, or all-around ranking. (One of the LPGA's featured stats is "Hole in One's". Because, yes fellows, these ladies can make holes in one too, how dare you question their talent. Some of them have even made two in the same year. Take that, men!) They are more concerned with players' social media presences. It's hard to blame US fans for treating women's golf as a cutie-patootie tea party. That's how the LPGA presents itself. How can you respect anyone who doesn't respect his/her self.
