Swanky 36-holer in Incheon will host the Korean qualifier: www.dreamparkcc.or.kr/The 78 names w/ tee times are posted...about two-thirds are amateurs, I think...they usually pick only one player. Eun Jeong Seong might be the favorite on paper, although she hasn't done anything in quite a while. There's a Ji Young Oh in the field...I'm guessing that's the LPGA washout...qualifying in Korea might be a strategic move to avoid the heavy hitters in the U.S...or maybe she has given up on playing over here (which is too bad).

Eleven, including Europe and Korea, out of twenty-five USWO qualifying events will be held on Monday, May 14; it's the Super Tuesday of USWO Qualifying Season.
It's a big event for LET players; USWO's $5,000,000 purse is especially attractive for money striven LET players.
Monday, May 14 (11) Arizona Country Club, Phoenix, Ariz. Contra Costa Country Club, Pleasant Hill, Calif. Deerwood Golf Club, Kingwood, Texas Hermitage Country Club (Sabot Course), Manakin-Sabot, Va. Las Colinas Country Club, Irving, Texas Rainier Golf & Country Club, Seattle, Wash. Stillwater (Okla.) Country Club The Ranch Country Club, Westminster, Colo. TPC Prestancia (Stadium Course), Sarasota, Fla. Dream Park Country Club, Incheon, the Republic of Korea Buckinghamshire Golf Club, Buckinghamshire, England

I'm surprised Thailand's super amateur Attaya Thitikul didn't enter USWO qualification. She's exempted to play 2018 ANA Inspiration and Ricoh British Women's Open but not USWO.

I'm still planning on attending the one at Rainier. I should be recovered enough from a cold I suffered this past week.
