Congratulation to Jung Min Lee. She usually close tournaments strong when she gets ahead. She made it interesting because of the late bogies. She was one of my favorites along with Jin Young Ko and Min Sun5 Kim.

Finally watched some of my recording....it's a shame they had lousy weather all week. That 18th hole is a great finishing hole....lots of gagging....a lot of pros were afraid of the pin.....hmmmmm.....did water on the ball take off spin......balls weren't spinning on the 18th...even though it rained all week.
Many courses don't have a great finishing hole where par is very difficult to obtain.....stress off the tee and tension on the approach shot too. I like a par 4 vs. a par 5 finishing hole.
OK......someone please advise.
Is Dean Herdin married to a Korean? Why is he looping for JYK vs. looping and likely able to make more money with HJK or Dumbo. Does Dean reside in S. Korea or Oz?

Congrats to Jung Min Lee! That makes her 8th win on the KLPGA. She is definitely a stealth superstar: she goes into hibernation mode from time to time, but when she's on her game, she can be deadly. 66 on this course, in tough conditions, and that despite two late bogies -- that is seriously golfing your ball! So now, the two official winners so far this season are Lee and Sung Hyun Park. Game on! I was a bit disappointed that Jin Young Ko didn't play a bit better, but she still teamed with Lee to rout the other countries in the team competition (16 shot win I think). So she gets a trophy, too, even if it isn't the one she wanted. Nice top five finish for Ji Hyun Oh. Oh ended the 2015 season with a late win, and now she notches a top five. Keep an eye on her this season. She's a year younger than JY Ko, and may just now be hitting her stride. Also a good week for Han Sol Ji. I really enjoyed watching her this week; she's fast becoming a favorite. Smiles a lot, and her second shot on 18 was seriously brave: it nearly paid off in a playoff against Lee. So, this is the third KLPGA event that takes place in China (also Kumho Tires in June and Hyundai in December). I think the Chinese must like watching the Koreans or something... Congrats to the Sisters! Jung Min didn't get away from a good soaking Trophy On the course Seung Hyun Lee Min Sun Kim Bo Kyung Kim Ye Jin Kim -- Hello Kitty! (from Saturday) Hae Rym Kim has a Chinese fan club! Back in Korea: Jung Min arrives back in Korea, walking like a boss Soo Jin Yang

"I think the Chinese must like watching the Koreans or something..." ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- That's because the Chinese are starting to figure it out....generally speaking....Korean women as a whole..... can be more stylish and more attractive than their own countrywomen. It took The Smiling Buddha over 5 decades to discover...yes....ss.com has been helpful.

Shi Yuting gets it...received the "best dress" award...her trophy looks like an Oscar with a big bullet hole through the torso. Team Korea finished 15 strokes ahead of Team France. Looks like Hye Youn Kim didn't get a car for her ace, just a lousy piece of cardboard.
