I guess I need to pick some new Seoul Sisters since my favorites have all but disappeared, retired, not playing as well, or are in limbo (Christina, Se-Ri, Seon-Hwa, Jiyai, etc.)... Hmmmm... Oh yeah... Go Stacy - Bert

Brooke (70-75) got hit by a locomotive and is barely inside the cut line - for now; Inky (68-72) is safe. BTW, is it chilly up there? I see a lot of light warm-up jackets and Charley Hull wore a light cardigan yesterday.

Good tournament so far. There are more people there on a Friday than in the last 10 years at the Colgate Dinah Shore. Id like to attend but Im pretty sure Trump wont allow me back in the US.

Interesting story about our co-leader Candie Kung. May not be the right forum, but I am sharing it anyway because it is such a cool story Her bag and shirt sponsor is "Kingmade Jerky", which is founded by her former caddie, Jeff King. King started out making homemade jerky as a hobby. But not until Candie Kung exposed him to the different varieties of Asian soy sauce did he find the unique flavor to his jerky. Early this year when i saw her at Kia Classic, she had no sponsor. It is nice to see her former caddie has come to her rescue. www.golf.com/tour-and-news/tour-caddie-jeff-king-turns-pro-beef-jerky-business

Tony, thanks for the photos. Mr3putt, thanks for the reports. How are you handling the weekend rounds finishing so late, right into the dinner hours? For me, that'd be rough since I like to arrive early.

Yippee, an AWE-SUMMER final-round 66 for Mi Hyang Lee! I wonder if she had some anger channeled into her game from Saturday's 74. Tom Abbott mentioned that Stacy Lewis is now on her third golf ball brand/type this week for this year. No specifics were mentioned, of course. Anyone else hate those Golf Now/Dinosaur commercials? I'm looking forward to Feherety's GC interview with Judy Rankin tomorrow. I cheated a little by reading a long 1977 article on her at the online Sports Illustrated vault. Brooke brought in the A-team to loop on the weekend...I assume this mammoth structure is NOT part of the golf club, or is it like the apartments at Westchester CC?

Congratulations to Lydia for the win. Great round by So Yeon to almost make the playoff.
Also to Sei Young top five to strengthen her "ROY" standing.
Kudos to the sisters ten top twenties. Good Tournament by Lewis also. ( Not relevant but North and South Korea are talking, to ease tension, between each other.
To this Golf Forum but it's relevant to me. Hope that they can work things out long term.

Congratulations to all of the players and the great fans. My new allegiece to IKK got off to a rocky start. Marriage helps Inbee but not the Panther. I remember before Tiger got married i got on a national radio show and said that Earl Woods only mistake was not getting Tiger castrated to ensure his focus remain on winnimg majors.
It wll be interesting to see Trump brokering a Korean settlement. Armageddon is now possible.

Congrats to Ko on the win that seemed inevitable for two days, yet almost didn't happen. The fact that she stalled made this one pretty interesting. Classic So Yeon Ryu - once she seems to be safely out of contention, she plays like the best golfer in the world. I got seriously pumped when she made that eagle but -- did they show her birdie on 17 and I missed it? It seems like they were really skipping a lot of the Sisters even though several of them were in contention. Did they show Inbee at all? Well. more important to show Charly Hull than the world's #1 player, I guess... Back to Ryu. I just felt like she was going to end up coming up a bit short during her last four holes, but give her credit for making the run at all. That's some serious pride at work there. Make it burn, So Yeon! It will fuel you into some wins. I'm tired of these year-plus winless droughts (we are just starting another one with this near miss). Though I suspected Ryu was not going to pull it off, I felt like Sei Young was going to sneak in and steal it. Can't believe she missed the birdie on the last. I think she would have won that playoff had she been in it. Oh well a great week for her in any event. The TV nabobs seemed ready to give her the ROY, but Hyo Joo finished 14th this week. She is still lurking and IMO could notch another win or two at almost any time. I do think it will come down to those two, though. The playoff was a riot. Lewis hits over into the crowd, and then... wait for it... her go-to move: she looks at her club. No, Stacy, twas you that did that, not your iron! It just struck me as funny that she did it again after someone around here mentioned how she always does that. MJ Hur t-12th. Is that her best of the year? Nice to see her getting her groove on again. Sisters Fighting!!!!!
