Soomin is still 15, so unless she starts winning pro events like Hyo Song Lee did, they probably won't be recruiting her for a couple of years yet.

Min Ji Park and Su Ji Kim are also two of my favorites especially Min Ji.
Min Ji putting hasn't been that good lately and Su Ji has too much fun.
Min Byeol Kim probably should change her blade putter to one of those weighted putters.
It seems like all you have to do is get the speed right with those putters, because they keep the ball rolling straight.
Blades are good for breaking putts, however the KLPGA has a lot of straight putts.

If Dong Eun Lee want to win, she can't make the kind of mistake she made on par five ten.
A wedge from the fairway left short of the green an ok chip and missed the putt.
Not too sure about So Young Lee winning, because sometimes she makes a loose bogey down the stretch.

I guess Dong Eun Lee over corrected after coming up short on ten and made bogey.
She air mailed the green on thirteen, had a tough lie and made another bogey.
All those minus nines and eights earlier has changed to minus elevens and twelves.
Han Sol Ji just posted a minus thirteen with a great sixty-four score.
A clean score card of eight birdies five on back nine.

This game of golf, Je Yeong Lee was on the green with a good look at birdie.
So Young Lee was in the left bunker with an awkward stance.
Expected So Young to make bogey and Je Yeong to make at least par.
Je Yeong left her birdie putt five feet short the same as So Young bunker pitch.
Summarize Je Yeong made bogey and So Young saved par.

What a great birdie by Seung Hui Ro on the short par four fifteen to take the lead.
Great round of sixty-six by Ga Young Lee.
Seung Hui Ro looked like Mi Young Kim on seventeen with the wood approach.
I didn't realize that she was so short off the tee.

Soo Min Oh has the same mannerism as Min Byeol Kim, that life is good.
Hasn't seen See Hee Lee in a long time, good to see her.
Tough day for Min Ji Park, great to see her make birdie on eighteen and wave to the fans.
She is such a really nice person.

I got invested in Uhjin Seo's journey today. You may recall she lost a playoff just a few weeks ago. She worked her way up the leaderboard, making birdie on the last to get to 13 under and a tie for the clubhouse lead. I thought she might get another chance for a playoff, but about an hour later, Seung Hui Ro hit it close on the final hole, made birdie, and claimed the one shot win. So a bit of a disappointment; Uhjin will have to wait for her first win. Great 64 by Han Sol Ji, her best result in a very long time. She waited even longer at 13 under than Seo did, but for naught. Soomin Oh had a hole-in-one on the 16th hole! She didn't even realize it at first. In fact, I don't think she knew until she walked up to the green and was told. She was thrilled! I don't know if she can earn the car and keep her amateur status, but tomorrow is her 16th birthday, and what a great present that would be for her just as she learns to drive!  |
