The Friday morning groups had the course condition advantage, as mentioned in my report ... how else do you explain people like Unlucky Five, Dr. Noh and Robyn Choi playing like superstars? Oh, how about Rachel Kuehn(a) who I don't recall every playing really well in a pro event ... shoots five-under, which included eagles at #13 and #18!
But, let's not discount a few low scores in the PM with the best belonging to JTibs ... and she wasn't feeling well downstairs at the end of her day. While waiting to tee off at her last hole (par-5 9th), she asked the Gangsta Yin and Grace Kim if she thought there was enough time for her to run to the can. Angel was cool with that, saying "we're not going to leave you behind", then looked ahead at the players in the fairway and muttered something like, "c'mon, bi***es, Jenny's gotta go!" Then among the three players and caddies, one of them recounted a story of a player who insisted on being announced first at her first hole, so she could run to the john immediately after her tee ball. I kinda wish I had been with this group all day ... put Yin with the "right" players and she will probably talk s*** all day. Back to JTibs, she decided to wait until after her round "to go" ... and still managed a birdie out of the FW bunker at #9.
I haven't kept up with JTibs gear ... I seem to recall her having Titleist irons, but that doesn't like a typical example of one (I could be wrong)

Just started watching the coverage. The feature group is Shibuno and Saso. Whew, thank goodness they're showing them, we didn't get to see them enough last week! So Yubol is pronounced 'Yuban', and Thitikul is pronounced 'Thitikun'? Why not just spell the English version with an 'n' on the end?Actually, Thitikul is pronounced... not sure that I would be allowed to write it... but Pornanong Phatlum is probably happy that the "H" is silent to English language ears...

Furoo Yellow Alert ... I think she is walking past the pump house on the way to the par-3 7th green.
**********
The two bags I really wanted to get Friday are attached.
Savannah Grewal ... still gaming Ping G710 irons ... said she had a set of i530 irons on order last month at UMCC ... still waiting for them, or not comfortable making the switch? Also has Edel wedges.
Arpichaya Yubon ... no longer has a Fourteen Golf bag ... but, is gaming Fourteen TC-7 Forged irons.

Let's hope Jenny gets out early later and collects another low score. Plenty of sisters in the mix. Lee5 on -6, shame Lee6 wasn't on -5 (she's at -4). I expect JYK to keep on improving.

Course playing more difficult than yesterday it appears. I wonder what compelled Webb to play in this one. Maybe she has a groupon for Carmines at Tropicana been saving.
AP finally made a birdie today (+1 thru 9) hopefully she will make the cut comfortably and get a decent pay day for once this year.

Would prefer Meg Khang or Corpuz as realistic alternatives. --- Jenny Shin doesn't do it for me, I hope Na Rin can get her first W tomorrow or one of Yealimi , Awesome Kim to climb up the leaderboard today and go low tomorrow

Why did Nasa Hataoka get DQed?
Right now all three Korean rookies tied at 4 under. In fact, tons of Sisters are at 4 under, including Jin Young and both Lee5 + Lee6. This is the time where they need to make a move if they want to compete. Hwaiting!

LPGA statement on Nasa Hataoka DQ. It had to do with the search for her ball in the weeds taking too long. "Hataoka’s ball was eventually found after the search time expired. The Rules require the player whose ball is lost to proceed under stroke and distance (Rule 18.2b). When Hataoka did not play from where she had previously played from, she played from the wrong place (Rule 14.7). "

Where do you see the list? Link pls! That makes sense since Amy caddied for her at Q school and the clock is ticking on her career.

Dow ChampionshipIt doesn't list the teams though, just the entrants. Annie might be on the outside looking in since this field is now stronger and not the week right before Evian this year ðŸ˜

Jennifer is on the list; and it specified she's sponsored by a player who's priority #18, and that player is Amy Yang. Annie doesn't have high enough priority to sponsor a teammate; she needs to be sponsored.
