It seems like they are going to put the Korean golfers on the back nine again this year first round. Used to be if the players were outside the window the first round they would flip the pairings the second round to show more golfers. They changed that by repairing according to how they score, that way they can ignore the Korean golfers altogether. Unless they get into the top three to force them to show them at least once. Or if they are one of their favorites on the Zhang LPGA

Is there any news on In Gee's caddie? I watched the coverage here in the UK but the focus was on the likes of Brooke, Nelly etc down the back 9 whilst In Gee and others were finishing their rounds on the front 9 and got zero coverage. I only caught the last 50 minutes or so after getting out of work. Turned on GC and first I thought there might be a rain delay because it looked like they were showing a men's tournament. Very first image was a guy wearing an especially annoying Block M (cheaters and worst) jacket. Wasn't paying much attention prior to the tournament so didn't realize it was a pro-am until the broadcast graphic identified him at Charles Woodson. Next they showed Nelly in an almost Furoo-bright color shirt. So yes, agree with you Bullfinch that we got to see plenty of Nelly & Brooke, even an interview with Brooke, also quite a bit of Woodson and a bunch of other athletes and actors, don't forget the 'amateur' Annika was all over the broadcast too.
In Gee did get mentioned at one point when they were showing a graphic of the 2024 majors and other big events. They pointed out that the USWO would be at Lancaster and mentioned In Gee's win there.
Round 1 Amy got cabled (+1), In Gee near the bottom (+2 right now), and Hae Ran only -1. Welcome to the new season, same as the old season! Not a good start to the year. Maybe Hae Ran will rebound? Otherwise, we may be reduced to cheering for Fur-oo and Nasa, along with some of the lesser publicized Americans like Ewing and Andrea Lee, Pano, etc. My favorites Jen and Lilia... think I saw Lilia shown once during the time I was watching, you'd think that she were some obscure golfer ranked #100 not the Rolex #1 and not the only US woman to win two majors in the same year in more than two decades...
But go sisters, there's three days to make a move...

My UK satellite provider Sky has a free YouTube Sky Sports Golf channel that broadcast extensive coverage. Obviously linked to US TV feed but kept broadcasting without commentary when they were on commercial breaks. Let’s see what the coverage is like later today. I can’t recall seeing In Gee in yellow before but I liked the look

Or if they are one of their favorites on the Zhang LPGA Huh? 1- Two of the three Korean golfers in this tournament started on the front nine in the first round. 2- The decision to repair by score was made before the tournament started, they didn't wait to see how the Korean golfers finished the first round to make that decision. 3- Only 3 Korean golfers showed up for the tournament. How much coverage could you possibly expect? 4- As Happy Fan pointed out, none of the Korean golfers did well in the first round. Shoot well and they will have to cover them. Look at Pano and Furue...they forced their way into the coverage.

Why didn't Rookie of The Year get on the Broadcast pairing the first round. Was there a poll that if Asian golfers was on first round Broadcast that no one would watch. Their Fans shouldn't have to hope that they get in the top five Final two rounds to see them. Just watch the pairing throughout the year and see what I mean.

Must be a putting contest. In round 2, Hae Ran has hit all but one green and is only even par for the day. No Sisters in the top 20 right now.

It's turning cold in Orlando Sat/Sun. Will be interesting to see what this does. I think this is one of Lydia's "home" courses so I expect to her to go on and win it.

2 stroke lead for Lydia going in to the final round tomorrow. Tied for T20 are Amy and Hae Ran Go Amy and Hae Ran! Best wishes to move up on Sunday. Wear that lucky hat, Amy, maybe they'll put you on tv even though you're not competitive for the top of the leaderboard...
Is In Gee ok? Is she (still) injured? I worry about her.
Cheering for some different names on Sunday... go Alexa, go Ally, go Ayaka and Gaby! Wear that lucky yellow, Ayaka!

Maybe she should aim for the flag tomorrow. How do you know she didn't? Because of all the shots of hers they showed? Going by what you said, she must have had trouble with birdie putts. So, I guess she should be closer to the whole.

Lydia is now more Korean than the others. Why is everybody complaining?
