She needs to get injury free to play herself onto the Broadcast. It look like her pairing position was an afterthought. Good to see Min Ji Park at the top of the Leaderboard. I stop watching after they showed Jenny Shin miss a bogey putt several times.

The broadcast started at the 10th tee and the back nine holes ... the first group had JTibs, who will get more TV time in Round One than all of her 2023 LPGA events combined ... looks like she brought over her LPGA loop and I think Jeeno Jat did the same. The 10th hole is a steeply downhill par-4 of 330 yards ... Human drove the green and two-putted from 44 feet for a birdie ... the radar says she drove it 290. Meanwhile, Bang is only player I've seen so far tee off at #10 with an iron ... hit it into the left rough, but made par. The alluring and mysterious Song Yi Ahn has the solo lead at -2 thru 7 holes, but is playing the front side ... will they show her at all? No kidding. Other than when she was in the final group at Baltusrol and the back nine of the second round at the ShopRite I believe it was, she has not been on much. Y'all thank so much for updating us on this tournament. I found it as I wanted to know how she and Attaya and a couple of others are doing. |

Hee Jeong Lim look like she will miss the cut at plus four.
Right now the cut line is plus two and plus three may make it.
She had a strange front nine one par, five bogeys and three birdies.
All pars back nine but she needed a couple of birdies.
She is close to getting her game back just a matter of time.
Min Ji Park and Min Byeol Kim took turns missing short putts.
Min Ji is still at the top of the leaderboard for now, but Min Byeol at even par needs a big weekend.

In Round 1, Yewon Lee received a two-shot penalty. If I'm understanding it correctly, her caddie caused it by shielding her from the rain while she finished up her par save on one hole. Ouch, that sucks!

Although I slept through much of this, they finally showed the alluring and mysterious Song Yi Ahn hitting her drive at #8... have they had any cameras operating on the front nine holes? Made a long 2-putt par, now on to #9 ... I'll watch that and go back to sleep. Woo hoo, made a 9-foot par saver putt with ease at #9.

After the Thai Invader's driver swing at #18, the color lady Shin (ex-JLPGA) said the word "backswing" and followed it up soon afterward with "timing" (that word NEVER has a good connotation in golf) ... she bogeyed the two previous holes.

You bet. I should know better about the results Pebble. Honestly, I watched Jenny and Lee6 all 18 holes the first two rounds. Over the weekend, I jumped around, so I did not get to see everyone.
