Good luck to So Yeon and Bo-Mee, hope they can win it all. I will probably watch it later.

Indonesia Team #3 is made up of two amateurs and they are throttling the pros on Indonesia Teams #1 and #2.
In particular, Patricia Sinolungan is lighting up at -3 overall thru five holes in Round Two ... will play as a grad student at U. of North Texas in 2022-23 ... shoots 75+ there.

This link is showing Round Two LIVE:
The Over The Hill Gang was throwing it away, but then both just made birdie putts at #15.
Grand Poo-bah Princess Mary Superal ... where has she been wasting her time in the last few years? Hasn't played in Japan since 2019.

Natasha's -2 tied for 2nd best round of the day to vault her up to T11.
Let's hope Moose & Squirrel aren't plotting to kayo her round tomorrow.

Round 2 So Yeon looked absolutely terrible today. The worst moment came on the one par 3 where she overshot the green, then got it into her head that she was going to hit a high pitch onto the green, land it softly, and save par. Given how she was playing, what made her think that would work? Of course it didn't; she flew the green, ended up near a bush and made double. But just when all looked lost, she rallied, making birdie on three of her final four holes (and she had a great chance on 17 but just missed). That lifted the team back up to the top again. Bo Mee started badly but rallied and is now just two back. Hyo Joo, meanwhile, had the round of the day, a 68, and moved onto the leaderboard in team (where she is second) and singles (where she is three back, tied with So Yeon). You Min had a nice day as well, a 70, which puts her four back. So other than the Perfect Woman, it was a solid day for the other Sisters. Here's hoping the Koreans really flex their muscle tomorrow. Let's be honest, they are head and shoulders above most of the people on this leaderboard and hopefully will demonstrate that on the final day. Sisters hwaiting!

P.S., when Bo Mee was putting out on 18, I noticed that Superal asked for and received an autographed ball from So Yeon! (keep an eye on them in the background)

I had to peak at the scores early and saw that So Yeon had made three double bogeys. It was so great of her to refocus and make three late birdies and no more bogeys. Bo-Mee also came back late.

My best guess is that the LIVE YouTube broadcast will start at 11 PM EST (Friday night).

Shibuno One said Shibuno Two (age 19) drove the ball almost 300 yards on the par-5 18th ... I'll buy that.

Great Team win for the Over The Hill Gang, So Yeon and Bo Mee Lee. They picked each other up the entire Tournament. So Yeon made seven birdies and two bogeys, the birdies on seventeen and eighteen gave her a solo second. It's so great that she had a great final round.
Great individual win for Princess Mary Superal. She made some great putts but also played an over all great game. Watching her play this week, I am surprised that she struggled on Symetra and JLPGA Step-Up Tour.

WTF happened to Natasha Oon?? When I went to bed, Natasha had finished her round and was in solo 4th with a -5 on the day. When I woke up, her 3 rounds were adjusted to 79-84-90 and she's one place out of DFL. Did she not sign her scorecard all 3 days? I scanned through the rest of the video, but didn't catch any explanation. The Malaysian golf rags are just reporting her adjusted scores matter-of-factly. All I can think is that her caddie was a double agent and blew up her round. pargolf.my/a-fairy-tale-win-for-princess-at-simone-asia-pacific-cup/Meanwhile, Malaysia’s Alyaa Abdulghany posted rounds of 79-79-74 for total 232 to finish joint 34th while Natasha Oon carded rounds of 79-84-90 for total 253 and 43th position. The duo finished second last in the team event.

Round 3 Kind of a microcosm of the Korean slump: out of the top 12, only three players were over par on Saturday. All three were Sisters. And they all shot 75s. Ugh. Congrats to Princess, but let's be honest: she had no business beating Lydia and So Yeon in this. I can't even find her in the Rolex rankings (her partner Del Rosario is 897th). That level isn't even good enough for the Symetra Tour. How can a player who is so obscure somehow beat several Major winners? Weird. It's a pity that You Min didn't play better on the final day, because she has been great the rest of the time. Still managed a 12th. She's ranked 259th right now, and though I expect she will quickly rise, at this point it's all about getting better. No explanation for Hyo Joo. Her long game was really loose today. I don't think she cares all that much, but at least she stayed under par. I wasn't expecting all that much from Bo Mee, so a t-6th is OK. Her job was to not screw up the team trophy, and she managed that. So Yeon could have had a much lower final day, but the putts were barely missing the hole too often. Considering how close she came to imploding yesterday, the fact she finished second is impressive. Hope she enjoys her team win with Bo Mee. Sisters hwaiting!!
