They should have let anybody 50 or less & vaccinated super seniors like me in for free. Great tv coverage without sound at the Blue Dolphin. It's all hollow without In Gee.

Another really good round for Inbee four birdies and one bogey. Duplicate that round tomorrow, I like her chances for taking the Trophy home. Great round of sixty seven for Mi Jung Hur to get in the final group. Had a early bogey on par five, however she had six birdies afterwards. Jin Young Ko had another good round with five birdies and one bogey. The late bogey on sixteen probably kept her out of the final group. She only missed one green with thirty two putts. Hyo Joo Kim couldn't get anything going, with another even par round. Still it's her first Tournament in quite a while. So Yeon Ryu Had a down and up round. Bogey on 3&6 , birdie 8, eagled 9, birdie 10 , bogy 14&15 , birdie 16&17 . Not all that bad for her first Tournament in quite a while. Good final round would be nice before the big one.

Round 3 Annoyingly, the LPGA decided to create TWO drivable par fours, giving the bombers like Thompson six chances for eagle. And lo and behold, look who roared up the leaderboard? Pathetic. They could at least try to be more subtle about it. Anyways, Jin Young managed to shoot a 68 even though she made a bogey on the drivable 16th. That probably cost her a place in the final group, which would have been epic, but given she's only a shot out of second, she has a great chance for a bounceback event. But catching Inbee ought to be very hard. Inbee is 6-for-6 when she leads by at least three going into the final round. At this point, unless they set up four drivable par 4s, Inbee is probably going to have to screw up to lose this one. I'm rooting for her to get that win; she has never finished worse than 21st here in ten tries, including three runner ups. Go go Inbee!!!! Nice tournament going for MJ and Hyo Joo as well. Sisters hwaiting!

Beth Ann is automatically disqualified for consideration as LPGA commissioner since she'll diss ANA for ANWA!

I don't see why anyone is surprised about the LPGA wanting more USA LPGA winners. Most of their rules changes have been against the Korean Golfers. Why don't they take a lesson from the JLPGA Tour. When the Korean golfers were winning Tournaments. They didn't panic and start changing things, to benefit the JLPGA Golfers. They just rode with the flow and now the JLPGA Golfers are winning more. But the LPGA think rule changes and course setups changes will accomplish it.

When Nelly is not in contention it's like she's not even there. That is to say the GC still does not give her the star treatment. I really think there is some sort of blackout.

https://www.instagram.com/p/CM_FEr4gZ9D Great 20th 21st LPGA win for Inbee Park. She got to fifteen under through ten holes. But blips on twelve and thirteen dropped her to minus thirteen. A slam dump eagle on the Lexi hole, the drivable par four sixteen righted the ship. Then she cruised on in. Great top four solo tie for Jin Young Ko. She is ready for the ANA Inspiration. Hyo Joo finally shot another under par round after two even par rounds. A really good Tournament for her, as well with top five tie. So Yeon had a great round going of six birdies no bogeys. But with her only bogey on eighteen she missed out on a top ten. Still a great weekend after making the cut on the number. Her weekend driving distance were 277 and 291, However there were a lot of run out on the fairways.

All hail the Queen.
The significance of this particular player's 21st LPGA win was completely lost on the commentary crew. A bunch of sore losers, they can't even hide it. This is why I look forward to the Australian commentary crew--they are enthusiastic no matter the nationality of the winners and contenders. They truly sound like they just want to see a good competition--what a concept.

Round 4 Congrats to Inbee Park on her 21st career victory. Fittingly, she won her 21st in '21. Here's hoping we don't need to wait til '22 for win #22. Below: Inbee, her trophy and her new ride https://www.instagram.com/p/CM_GeGdJxgV It's interesting that one of the lines of questions for Inbee is, 'is one of your goals to beat Se Ri's all time win record? She wasn't having any of it: she replied that she doesn't set goals based on beating other people, just herself. Oh snap! This one was never really in doubt. Thanks to the drivable holes, there were a few runs. You tell me that this change in the course length mid-tournament wasn't designed to benefit the Americans: before the weekend, there were precious few Americans on the leaderboard; suddenly, after round 4, along come Nelly, Lewis, Kang, Thompson... Yeah, whatever! The sweetest moment of the day was when Inbee dumped that 20-footer into the hole on 16 for eagle. Inbee wasn't at her sharpest, but she played well enough that it was just a matter of time before she grabbed that trophy at last. Great run by So Yeon Ryu to almost make a top ten. My favorite part was with her was when she and Danielle charged Inbee on the 18th green, and I think it was Danielle who yelled 'Onnnnnni.... Korean style! (?)' before giving her a traditional dousing, which is I think what she meant by 'Korean style'. https://www.instagram.com/p/CM_JnnvH4vv https://www.instagram.com/p/CNAfn_rgskl Some fun trivia: apparently Inbee is exactly the same age as Hee Young was when she won the Vic Open, down to the day, making them tied for oldest Korean to ever win on tour. I knew it was either them, Eun Hee Ji or Mi Hyun Kim who had that record, but I was too lazy to do the math. Also, amazingly, this was the first time in Inbee's career that she won wire-to-wire. Congrats again to the Queen Bee!!!! Hwaiting!

Another great moment was when Inbee hit a less-than-stellar tee shot and held up her club for about two seconds, and Rankin quipped, 'That's what passes for a tantrum from Inbee'. LOL.

The one guy who cuts the introduction to the broadcast makes it seem like you're about to watch the Ironman or some epic endurance event. Then they cut to the competition and a player will be leaning against a water cooler laughing w/ their caddie about something dumb.
