Do you troll this site to find something to correct someone on. I remember a while back I wrote that I thought the pairing was wrong, in a tournament. You jumped right in there with your two cents worth, to correct me. You also jumped right in there to criticize "MR3PUTT" about his Mall comment that was made in jest. You really do not add anything to the site. So are you a censure. Just like to keep things accurate - esp when there's a comment about bias. I have posted a number of times that were not censures - sorry you aren't enjoying them.

I was getting to ready to declare HYP the winner when she reached -4 and then the double bogey. I don't understand how someone with that sweet a swing can ever make anything more than bogey. What a great golf course. I don't understand why all the players aren't there this week.

There seem to be a lot of double bogies out there this afternoon. Wonder if Michelle is headed toward another WD?

I hardly ever see her make wild swings. I guess she make them when she is not being televised. She is also a good putter.

Now that Se Ri is effectively semi-retired I am looking for a replacement. SYR, NYC and HYP are the players I am most interested in but unlike Se Ri, they don't seem to play to their potential. I suppose I should just root for IBP because she is so consistent and almost always is in the hunt on Sunday. She has a great personality and is a total winner but I can't get around her unorthodox swing. Maybe HJK will be the next superstar or perhaps SYK. My problems would be solved if Se Ri could still play reasonably well.

Other than Hee Young, not a great leaderboard after the first round. I do like the fact that Hee Kyung Seo is at 2 under, her first decent placing since coming back from maternity leave. And there are a bunch of Sisters at -1, Even or +1 who could still make a run, including Hyo Joo, Inbee, Mirim and Sei Young. Even Q Baek isn't completely out of it at 2 over.
Go Sisters!!!

Hey....LEAVE THE ROCKET alone....lol. I've pretty much given up trying to think HYP will keep any positive momentum in an event and she proved us all correct with a lovely 74 today. I remember seeing her eagle a hole (#7 at Columbia Edgewater)...only to flare a weak shot into the water on the next hole (par 3 #8) and take a double.
HYP is obviously adorable but maybe too much so to regularly contend. Maybe she needs to befriend Crusty Kerr to gain a 'step on your throat' attitude.

Happy How many times do I need to remind you to quit jinxing the Sista's. I lovely 76 today by Seo and WTF...81 from Q Baek. Talk about 81's...I think Paige should hurry back to Orlando and stay there to make sure other gals don't take her GC job. Ya knew Paige's return to tour would be short lived when she can no longer wear high heels on the show....just goes to show you what state her back is in. Take your bad karma and please start rooting for Kerr, Lewis, The Pink Diva, Xtina....no need to root for MW....she can trunk slam without anyone's help. This event is one of the poorest performances by the Sista's. I'm sure things will change next week when they head up to Canada and escape xenophobic Merica where there's minimal fanfare for the Sista's or the other Asians. Thankfully they are no longer playing the goat track, Grey Silo, and moving to Whistle Bear....although it looks like a classic newer architecture track. At least they'll be back to a parkland course at Westchester in 2 weeks.

Kelly Shon, IBK and Mirim Lee have a lot of nerve spoiling that leaderboard. I didn't realize Galloway, New Jersey is south of the Mason-Dixon Line.

Most of the leaders stumbled at the end. With her birdies on 16 and 17, Anna Nordqvist was able to dodge a playoff after bogeying 18.

Some thoughts: - ARGH! Inbee was so close to getting that #1 ranking back. But it shows you how good she is; even when she isn't really playing her best, she still managed a 5th. Well, she'll just have to get that #1 back next week, won't she? - Speaking of good, Hyo Joo somehow managed to keep her top 25 streak alive despite playing pretty badly by her standards all week. I can't wait until she gets used to being out there and starts to really show these folks what she can do. Hyo Joo Fighting! - Pity Mirim couldn't keep it up, but a good week nonetheless. Great top ten also for Rocket! - Kelly Shon has a lot more going on than I thought she did. But it's hard to tell if she's a once-or-twice a year good golfer or has real staying power. - Soobin Kim another top 25. It will be interesting to see her playing in Vancouver this year, being that that course is only a few miles from her home (she's Korean, but grew up in Vancouver). - I like Nordqvist, so thank goodness it was Anna and not Pressel hoisting the trophy... Sisters Hwaiting!

I just took a look at the Rolex Rankings. Mirim Lee has now moved ahead of Amy Yang, which means she would be on the Olympics team if it were chosen today. The top four Koreans are Inbee Park, Hyo Joo Kim, So Yeon Ryu and Mirim.
The rankings are: 12 Mirim Lee 14 Amy Yang 15 Sei Young Kim 17 Na Yeon Choi 19 In Gee Chun 22 Q Baek 23 Ha Na Jang 25 Jin Young Ko 26 Sun Ju Ahn 28 Bo Mee Lee 32 Chella Choi 33 Jung Min Lee 37 Jiyai Shin 39 Min Sun Kim 5 40 Jenny Shin
Pretty tough battle for those Olympic spots!

Rest assured, the Olympic golf course will be set up to favor the longer hitting American and European players. It should be a match play event. Instead it will be a 72 holes stroke play and it will be a guaranteed borefest.

Sisters Hwaiting! I expect Lydia to outperform Inbee this week. It would not surprise me.....The Dragon Lady had Lydia and Jason arrive early for the Manulife to get as much info about the new course, Whistle Bear. The Dragon Lady never wants to give up her upper hand. IMO....Norquist = meh....a very boring and vanilla personality....her nickname is Cold Fish. I didn't care much for Pressel when she came out on tour...a whiner and cry baby...but she has matured and a nice young lady nowadays......she's very good with the fans. A teenage boy gave Morgan lots of kudos on WRX.....her plane was cancelled, yet she drove 7 hours to fulfill her the charity tournament commitment in the Cleveland area. I was rooting for Gerina...but she can't putt. She could attract more endorsements if she took advantage of her looks....I think she's kind of a tomboy....she use to be a pretty good baseball player. Yes....I believe Coquitlam resident, Soo Bin, is/was a jr. member of Vancouver Golf Club. In 2013, I spoke with Soo Bin's asst coach (a previous Big Break contestant) from U of W...she said they kinda had to read Soo Bin the riot act to get her game up to her potential...obviously it panned out. What does Hwaiting mean?
