Phil Those motels don't look too bad....the area doesn't look that bad.
I have limited experience with flea bag motels....I can't slum when I travel with my wife....so my cheapest venture was in 2010 at the Econo Lodge $5/night in Hillsboro for the Safeway Classic....I went on my own. I was also on my own in 2013....but the cheapest I went and it was no where near your $28/night was a Super 8 for $200 for 3 nights.
I also bring my clubs to the room if I have them with me.

You guys are characters with your cheap stays. I'm the total opposite. I'm a Marriott member and prefer a little luxury. I missed staying at the late, great Ihilani in Hawaii last month as I did for my first two trips there. It's undergoing a remodel to turn into a Four Seasons. Last year in San Francisco, I stayed at a Marriott hotel right in the heart of Downtown.

I didn't say all the women are good looking. Plus, Snooki is from South America. However, when you grow up in Wisconsin, Snooki looks better than most and her accent is less annoying.

A guy on WRX is best friends with Meghan Khang's dad...she successfully Monday qualified at Kingsmill. The family doesn't have deep pockets to fully fund Meghan's golf aspirations like some other gals. Jean Bartholomew...she's older than dust. I met and chatted with Melissa Mabanta practicing here in Van City a few years ago. She's got a spunky personality and is a Filipino version of Danielle Kang. Melissa knows a lot of BB gals and said she might audition for BB....but we've yet to see her....IMO...she's a shoe-in for the BB drama. She's also USWO qualifying @ Galloway. Her dad's got coin...he was previously a managing partner at a local boutique investment firm. He sets her up in Vegas. Katy Harris should give it up and stay home and take care of her 2 kids....she had her Big Break already on the series. Obviously, another one with a rich family to allow her to chase a pipe dream. Phil...so are you going to fanboy Ekey, O'Neal & Welch?

Just heard via Twitter that Kathleen Ekey and Birdie Kim are the qualifiers. Cool to see Birdie find her way into the field.

mr3putt:
I got whiplash when I first caught sight of Ekey at the 2009 USWO. Since then...meh, it's like seeing Natalie every year. I don't recall spotting O'Neal anywhere...I think I've seen Welch before, but I'm too lazy to check my archives. After 5 pm EST today, they're supposed to post the pro-am schedules.

The pro-ams have been huge at this event. Shoprite likely ask all their suppliers to participate....therefore they also might use the pro-am fees to help offset their expenses of sponsoring the event.....not a bad strategy.
The Safeway use to have 2 pro-am days....but changed it to 1 day when they couldn't fill 2 days of pro-ams. You'd think Walmart would have 2 days of pro-ams.
As usual...many BB gals and retired LPGA pros and lots of NO NAME pros....could you imagine being stuck with some NOBODY pro....but I guess it's better than having Crusty Kerr as your pro....lol.
Now that USC has been bounced from the NCAA's....Lizette will likely leave for AC....but I think Paige MacKenzie will be there for the finals on Wed...making it a busy travel day to get to her noon Thurs pro-am. Sadly, I think she'll miss another cut.

I just made printouts of all the pro-ams. I'll skip Wednesday's at ACCC and visit the Seaview all day (Mi Hyang is teeing off at 1:10 PM). I'll check out the Thursday pro-ams at Galloway early, then head over to the Seaview...however, I'll probably leave after lunch to play some golf in Tuckerton after 3 PM.

Not a good week so far, for me. First So Yeon is not playing this tournament. My USC Trojans lost in the NCAA. I don't understand why a number one and two seed face each other in the semi final. They should have been in opposite brackets. Typical NCAA bias toward USC.
Anyway I hope one of my other favorites, Hana Jang get her first win. That would help.

I could have sworn that USC was in first place after stroke play and Stanford was second, and should have been seeded one and two. I could not watch much of the tournament, but on Golf Channel, by their names was one and two. Duke must have rallied late to pass Stanford in stroke play.

Do you troll this site to find something to correct someone on. I remember a while back I wrote that I thought the pairing was wrong, in a tournament. You jumped right in there with your two cents worth, to correct me. You also jumped right in there to criticize "MR3PUTT" about his Mall comment that was made in jest. You really do not add anything to the site. So are you a censure.
