Crazy Train Jane is in the house at -3, so she'll make it to Woburn. Dani H. finished at -2, which might be okay.

Sherri Steinhauer has won this thing 3 times.
1998 @ Royal Lytham 1999 @ Woburn 2006 @ Royal Lytham (LPGA Major)
She should be playing in it until she's 60, like the men.

I guess it shouldn't surprise me, but it's still mind boggling to see that "journalist" Ron Sirak still can't tell the difference between Jeongeun Lee6 and Jin Young Ko. www.lpga.com/news/2019-jin-young-ko-on-the-brink-of-history"After winning the ANA, Ko apologized for needing an interpreter for her media interview but said when she won again she wouldn’t need one. She likely didn’t know that interview would be this soon." Sorry Ron, 6ix said that in her media interviews after her major win. Jin Young spoke English during her media interviews at ANA.

It's so amazing that these people chose to write about the LPGA golfers. But don't take the time to actually learn anything about them.

It looks like I put the evil eye on Crazy Train Jane...she is not going to Woburn. They had a nine-way playoff for the last three of eleven spots and Jane didn't make it.

Report: LPGA players without clubs for hours due to Lexi Thompson travel blunder golfweek.com/2019/07/29/golf-lpga-players-without-clubs-due-to-lexi-thompson-blunder/Golf Channel reports that an estimated 38 players who had been at the course for hours did not receive their clubs until 5 p.m. due to a bizarre set of circumstances centered around Thompson and her forgotten passport. <snip> It didn’t make Monday any easier to stomach for players like Ryan O’Toole, who lost out on nearly a full day of major prep. “I don’t know why the driver would agree to accommodate one person knowing it would punish about a third of the field,” O’Toole told Mell. “The driver should have said, ‘Hey, I’ve got to get these clubs to Woburn. If you want the passport, somebody’s going to have to fly there to get it and bring it back.’” This all occurred just days after Thompson posted a strongly-worded critique of course conditions at the Evian Championship, which she said were so bad that she was thankful to miss the cut.

Great job by Ol' Randall informing us that 38 players are out of their minds. Is it really a good idea to send a broken down old caddie across France and through the Chunnel in a rental van overstuffed with the tools of your trade? How cheap can you get? I looked at the map and it's only 50 km to Geneva from the Evian golf course...flying is a lot faster (duh!) and if they don't trust the airlines, isn't there some kind of reliable air freight service they can use?

Having back to back majors is nice because it usually takes a week for the GIC to realize they are playing one.

Don't tell me they cancelled Lexi's pre-tournament press conference. I thought they wanted high ratings?
I never make predictions but this week I'm picking Lexi for the win by 3 shots. Or she will miss the cut by 3 shots. No middle ground. Let's see what she's made of.

Or she will miss the cut by 3 shots. No middle ground. Let's see what she's made of. I predict she goes MIA after this week (either literally or figuratively), makes a few more vaguely depressed-sounding social media posts, generates a bunch of concern among the media, then wins the last event of the year in Florida, again.
