In the words of Jane Park, Sei Young Kim has the biggest balls on the planet. That was absolutely amazing. I felt really bad for Sei Young, because I thought losing the tournament by having the fairway being too hard would have been incredibly cheep.
Be honest, HF - even you didn't envision this kind of success for Kim.

Feel a bit sad at Inky not bringing the one over the line, but you have to hand it to SY Kim she has guts to go for it well done, SY Kim not going to lie down to anyone.

Congrats to Sei Young Kim. After what I thought would be chokes by all three players on a relatively 17th hole....what an amazing finish.
I need to play more golf in Hawaii to hit it 330 yards....that roll out on 18 from Sei Young's hybrid was nuts.
The last group was on the clock....I believe it took them 5 1/4 hours.
The AeroBurner looks too clumsy and long for Inky.

Congratulation to Sei Young for a great finish. Her drive going in the water. Reminded me of the huge bounce on her layup at the Hanna Bank two years ago. That probably caused her the tournament. You have to also give the caddie credit for talking her into staying with the eight iron. She started to switch to the seven iron. Kudos to the Inbee and the other sisters for top tens.
A good tournament for SO Yeon. Considering her high ball flight is not a good fit for strong windy days.
He Young also came back with an under par round. She gets lots of birdies, but too many others. It's almost like she is playing a Skins Game.
I also thought that Ai would finally have a good tournament. But shooting seven eight final round was a bummer.

Yes how does he get top billing? Never mind I know why.

Honestly, he gets top billing because, while Sei Young's finish was amazing, she had won once already this season. Her win isn't as notable as Furyk breaking the drought. If Kisner would have won, he probably would have been dropped below Kiradech in billing.

Some white guy on The Rocket's bag. Will Kylie ever return?...she was on Kelly Shon's bag. WTF.....now that I see the 12th hole...how HYP took an 8 is atrocious....no water hazard or other trouble.
Supposedly she hit into an ice plant and took 3 whacks until finally taking an unplayable. Maybe I need to loop for HYP....lol.

Be honest, HF - even you didn't envision this kind of success for Kim. I did think that Kim and Jang would play better relative to their KLPGA success because they are long hitters and that often comes into play on the LPGA. And I did think she would be a factor from time to time on leaderboards. But no, I did not expect her to have the kind of success she is having, especially so quickly.

I wonder what was going on in Inbee's mind, after the hole out.
So Yeon saw those hole outs in a KLPGA event by Sei Young. However So Yeon still had a chance to win. I believe So Yeon still only needed to par eighteen to win. Which she did not.

Quite a finish! IK gave a good try - in it until the 17th hole. And....She definitely won for Best Dressed. Very stylish!

I wonder what was going on in Inbee's mind, after the hole out. "Wow, nice shot!" Could you imagine all the whining at the press conference how she lost by TWO lucky shots....if it was Stacy Lewis instead of Inbee...ala...2013 Beijing...lol.

Christine (82) Song...she can't blame outdated equipment...is there a story about the rails on the course? Christine is in her comfortable and "Happy Place" (Happy Gilmour.....it was filmed in Van City)......DFL again after rd one. Yes....I've only read great things about the G30....it must be those turbulators....lol.....anyone want to lend me $400?....I've got a used JetSpeed being shipped tomorrow....$80 + shipping from a Cdn online retailer.....being a club ho in the US is so much cheaper....more inventory and really cheap shipping costs too....many times free.....I've read some guys have obtained used JetSpeed's for $49 shipped. I heard that a train used to run by the course....now it's some touristy ride. It looks like you can walk onto this course and watch golf from right off the street. VG: 3-Putt, you're right. It is a touristy-type train. Saw it run only once though on Wednesday if I remember. Don't know where it originates. I was informed the tracks run North all the way to the shore and one can access Electric Beach that way. Oh, it is so easy to walk on to this course. The hotels are located literally across from the street. My hotel was right across from the 8th hole. It's totally an honor system for payment. Probably why it cost only $25 for all four days.
