67, -5
I don't know if MHL stuck a fork in Cheeseburger, but again that's not him (left) leaning on her bag...well, 15 months was a pretty long "engagement" for her...hmm, in case opportunity knocks, I should reserve a full week at my Absecon dump for next June.

The depth of LPGA players is unquestionable; it's no longer news when somebody shoots a -10. By the way; -10 is a great score no matter what. So Yeon will agree with you I guess. As she is only one under par on this pitch and putt course. She is not in line for any of the big year end awards. Except maybe to finish strong and win the CME Globe. Still a lot of players would love to be in her position.

They interviewed Winbee on Thursday's broadcast, but it's not on lpga.com. It wasn't hard to read between the lines...she has shifted into Inky or Bruce Lietzke mode: show up to the occasional tournament here and there going forward. She conceded that her time off has taken the sharp edge off her game, but she didn't sound all that interested in putting in the work to address that. Don't expect her to be still running around the LPGA like Crusty Grrr into her late 30s and early 40s.
*******
Mi Hyang is holding it together at -1 thru 13 holes and -6 overall...currently on the back nine where she did almost all her damage yesterday.

So Yeon had a pretty good round today, of plus four. Again not a great chance to win, but hoping for a strong finish by her.
In Gee almost missed the cut by making bogey on sixteen and seventeen. However, she made a birdie on eighteen to make the cut on the number. Not too sure about her club selection on seventeen with a front pin placement.

In Gee struggles to make cut week in and week out; it should make her tougher if nothing else.
She must be hurting; her driving distance dropped from 255 yards to 248 yards and drifting towards less than 240 yards. Why is she still playing?

Physically I thought InGee looked great today but she was playing with Georgia who was on fire putting. That must have been hard on her to see her own putts burn the edge and then see Georgia drop in those 50 footers. Maybe the week off and then Evian will revive her. . .

I had a chance to attend Friday's round 2! It's the only round I'm going to be able to go to. I enjoyed it even though it's weird going to a tournament when the Koreans are so much in the doldrums that none of them are much of a factor. Anyway, I'll post more in the other thread about Tournament Reports. I followed Inbee, In Gee and So Yeon mostly.
Sisters Hwaiting!

As mediocre as In Gee has been playing; she managed to make the cuts. The more cuts she make, the more chances she has to straighten her ship.
By comparison, Danielle Kang had five missed cuts and one withdrawal in her last 8 tournaments.

That gives her a chance to work on her game during competition, instead of the driving range. Also hat off to her for making birdie, on the last hole to make it. I am sure she knew she had to make birdie, because of the attention she gave her par putt on seventeen.

Minjee's been playing like a Top Three player all season; it's a pity she hasn't won more.
Georgia Hall's on her way to become a dominant LPGA champion. She's a good player and a great closer, not much she can't do.
