The leaserboard is starting to resemble a Klan Rally. SYK better pick up the pace. Poor SYK has to face the Yank's and the Thai's one her own....and to make it worse....SYK is paired with pouty face Lewis in the final pairing. Hopefully some of the 80.000 Koreans will make the 2 hour drive to the desert tomorrow morning to support SYK. But this event has become a joke and it's a major....LMAO....there's minimal attendance....no one was following NYC yesterday and there were maybe 30 people at most following the final group today. It hilarious to listen to Terry G and Judy make up all the excuse of poor attendance. Yet in 5 days we'll see fans lining up 20-30 deep on just about every fairway at Augusta. ANA move this event to Japan...where golf fans appreciate women's golf....or at least move it to LA so the Korean fans can save a 4 hour return trip drive. Go Sei Young Kim.....FIGHTING!!!

Ko's caddy has to be nervous. He is the reason she spits the bit in majors. Yup....I wouldn't be surprised if The Dragon Lady (Tina) gave Jason the pink slip tomorrow afternoon. Unless Lydia plays amazing well balance of year....don't expect Jason on Lydia's bag at the CME. I don't know if I'd be more fearful of Tina or Heather Cho. Are you sure it's the caddy and not Dave Ledbetter. I understood that he is trying to get her to stand taller. When I heard that she would be working with him. I remembered a young Michele Wie's beautiful natural swing, changed after she took him as a coach. I guess he is a good coach, because people go to him. I just don't know of any pro that he improved.

While the lead Americans stumbled a bit at the end, Sei Young surged to take a three-stroke lead.
Did you hear what happened to Danielle Kang? A couple of psycho dudes somehow took offence at her shooting a 77, threatened and harassed her while she was eating dinner with her mom and a friend! Strange days.

What a couple of losers. I found an article about it on ESPN: Danielle Kang Threatened at restaurantThis paragraph is kind of disturbing. Poor Danielle! "This isn't the first time a situation like this has happened to Kang. She said last year at the CME Group Tour Championship that someone broke into her hotel room and went through her belongings. At a tournament in Thailand, a man tried to enter her room and a short while later, she said he asked why she hadn't hired him as a local caddie."

Are you sure it's the caddy and not Dave Ledbetter. That's why his nickname is Deadbetter.

I'm assuming the restaurant was generally vacant.....why wouldn't some other guys interfere and take these dbags behind the woodshed.

I wish I'd been at that sushi joint. Back when I was 25 years old, of course.

It must be so frustrating to So Yeon. She hit green after green and can't seem to get the putts in the hole. While other players make twenty foot putts and chip ins for birdie.
Following her for three days was such a joy. I only hope that it doesn't get to her, where she starts making drastic changes. Her putting stroke looks good, so I hope she stays confident in her ability to make them.
Good luck to Sei Young and the rest of the sisters.

This tournament is great for tv but the attendance is embarrassing. It will not move to LA--it's going to Japan.

It is hard to believe Se Ri was never good enough to win this tournament.

Congratulations to one of the tour's most eccentric and easy-going players. I usually shy away from picking Brittany Lincicome since I can never predict what she'll do but I had a good hunch this time around.
Too bad I couldn't see the finish. I had Easter dinner at my sister's place and her hubby was watching James Bond.

Round 4 This seems most years to be the anti-Korean Major. For whatever reason they have the least success here, and even going into round 4, it looked bad for most of the Sisters other than Sei Young Kim. I'll admit I was a bit uninterested in the outcome once So Yeon faded, mainly because I could just tell that sooner or later Kim was going to pay for all the mistakes she was making. Somehow she was dodging bullet after bullet for a bit, but it caught her in the end. Ah well, I guess I had to pay for all the fun I was having the first month and a half of the season, huh? Congrats to Lincicome. Still, there were some positives for the Koreans. 1. Give Sei Young Kim a lot of credit. She did not have a good day today, but she still managed to hang in there through sheer grit for a while, and even managed to make that late birdie to give herself a little smidge of a chance. It didn't work out, but she continues to be the pacesetter in the Rookie race right now (and how cool was the little video of her breaking that board?) 2. Hyo Joo Kim somehow nearly got a top ten despite a fairly mediocre week by her standard. I thought this might finally be the week she didn't get a top 25, but as usual she found a way to rally, shot a 69, and finished T-11th. 3. Inbee and Mirim also just missed a top ten. A bit annoying Inbee didn't play better; she had a real chance to make some ground up on Ko. I think she still has not finished outside the top 15 all year, though. Still, she will drop to third in the world, at least for the moment (the prediction is 10.00 for Lewis, 9.95 for Inbee). 4. Q Baek's first Major netted her a T-35th. Not a terrible result at all. In Gee and Ha Na Jang +1, T-41st. In Gee will return to the KLPGA until at least the US Women's Open I would guess, unless Lotte or Swinging Skirts gives her a free pass. 5. So Yeon had a terrible day, but rallied at the end for a top 20, which certainly looked out of reach mid-round. Better luck at the next big one! Always Hwaiting! Round 4 pix Sei Young Kim Mi Hyang Lee T-8th - first top ten in a Major! Jenny Shin - working with Young Kim? Did I hear that right? Hyo Joo Kim Q Baek Ha Na Jang Na Yeon Choi In Gee Chun - not a great four events for her, but practice makes perfect. Lick 'em next time! In Kyung Kim Amy Yang Lydia Ko Haeji Kang Alison Lee
