Many LPGA pros have a +ve driver AoA......with less club and ball speed....more launch is required....therefore PGA pros launch the ball lower than LPGA pros. I think the ideal launch angle will differ from player to player. ************************************************************************************ According to Trackman, the average PGA TOUR player has a vertical launch angle of 11.2 degrees, and a spin rate of 2,685 rpm. But that’s with a driver clubhead speed of 112 mph. The average LPGA Tour player, who’s clubhead speed (94 mph) is much more in line with the recreational golfer’s, has an average vertical launch angle of 14 degrees and a spin rate of 2,628 rpm. www.pgatour.com/instruction/2013/11/get-more-bang-from-driver.htmlThat's a good article, but it's over four years old...isn't 2,600 rpm considered high now? Don't the people who drive it 330 on GolfWrx have much lower spin? From Jan. 2017: Check out Jennifer Hahn's numbers at the very end of the video...really good, but she could only get partial LPGA status for 2018. The face angle of 2.5 indicates that she hit a cut, I guess. I assume the video screen indicates that her ball flight deviated very little from dead-center. https://www.instagram.com/p/BO8J0Yqh4RN

Look for So Yeon to have a new caddy at The Australian Open. Tom headed back to Japan. That would be so weird. Like seeing Inbee with a different caddie. Anyway they couldn't come up with the correct club selection two years ago. So Yeon kept hitting her approach shots over the greens. Edit: I guess Tom wont have to look forward to me, telling him how lucky he is to be So Yeon caddie.... Again

The SS Feng was one position above DFL in driving distance. Obviously one three-round tournament is not statistically valid...maybe her driver doesn't work well in high winds. Yeah, she's a crazy good ball striker in the rest of the bag. I saw it in person in Bedminster at #14...powder puff drive followed by laser five-iron. That's one tournament played in high winds at sea level. Driving average is calculated on two holes per round, so one mediocre drive is going to skew the results. I think you're right, though. She may struggle in higher winds.

argonne69, That's me - It looks like the match v Korea? Yeah, Friday's Korea/Australia match featuring Ingee/Amy vs. Minjee/Su. 'Great match until the rains came. I'll check to see if I have additional pics of Su and you.

Here are a few more from the IC. Lol. You must be camera shy. I have a bunch more with you in the pic, but you're looking away from the camera, or down at Su's bag. Wow, Arg... You were sitting right behind another famous Binder Boy! https://www.instagram.com/p/BINZpn-BaxN

Congratulations to Brittany "Get 'er Done" Lincicome. She got this tournament finished on Sunday (although in the dark) because of her quick play and clutch shooting. Brittany has been one of the most interesting players in my 15 years of following the tour. She was always the most difficult choice in my Pakpickers. I keep thinking of her missed potential but if she had goals of being no. 1 or winning a lot of majors, she wouldn't be the Brittany who would rather be fishing.
I heard during Sunday's broadcast that Wei-Ling Hsu insists on the pronunciation of "she" as "Sue" sounds similar to the word meaning "lost".

I've never given much credit to sim results.....Hahn's ball speed of 142 mph producing 248 yards of CARRY...IMO...would be really questionable in REAL life conditions unless at really high elevations. Heck...on a sim...I might be considered a PLAYA. Setting on sims can be set to MANNIKA JUICED mode....just sayin.

mr3putt, I think Tom is back to Japan - still caddying and on the women's tour up there I think. I caddied for Su at International Crown -It was a fun week and gave me a change to see Chicago GC. Cam grew up playing the same course as I did, Eastern in Melbourne which sadly now is a housing estate. He played a bit in Australia, not very successfully and headed to US to learn how to teach.I guess his break came when he crossed paths with Jordan when he was still a kid. That is a picture of Su playing up in Japan at the end of 2016 - I think it was at the LPGA event up there. I think I know who So Yeon's new caddy is - but you'll have to wait until the Australian Open to find out:) Mike...thanks for the info. We all appreciated the "inside" news on the Ozzie's and obtaining info from a very high level player/pro, like yourself. Fate is magical.....ya gotta wonder where Cameron would be if he did not meet and coach Spieth. Sean Foley and Chris Como would be no one's without their connections to Tiger. I think McCormick was one of the reasons why Michael Breed is no longer with the Golf Channel...though Breed's giving us other explanations for his departure. Shamefully, I have never watched Su Oh play.....for some reason today.....I glanced at my 2016 KPMG recording for 15 minutes and noticed that Su played well at Sahalee.....I attended the 2016 KPMG from Wed to Fri.....I saw a bit of Minjee and that's where I noticed she was all business and kinda introverted and shy. I only saw and said hello to Minjee in 2015 here in Vancouver. I must give Su some attention and watch her play at the next LPGA event I attend. You gotta play Sahalee if you ever get the chance....Su will tell you that the back 9 might be one of the best 9 holes she has ever played...TV doesn't do Sahalee justice. Belen's brother, Jesus, was on Su's bag at Sahalee....I've chatted with both Jesus and Belen....they are both really friendly.....I first saw both when Belen was a sponsor invite to the 2010 Safeway Classic in Portland.....Belen was yet to become a LPGA member. I've chatted with a guy on WRX who bid and won a 4some at a charity auction to the Chicago GC...he said it was an amazing playing experience and a very difficult course to try to obtain a member to invite you to play...unless one hangs out with the Chicago ELITE. I need to get my sorry butt down to Oz and NZ to play some amazing golf and drink some spectacular wines travelling into the vineyards in both countries.

Yup...that's the youtube video I saw by accident after wasting 45 minutes of my life the other night watching youtube NFL fan fights because on 4gea.com some members chatted about how vicious and obnoxious Eagles fans can be......but I hate the CHEATIN Pats...so I hope the Eagles dismantled them this Sunday. I'm really looking forward to watching 4 days of the MASH POTATOES/BABA BOOYEY GONG SHOW down in Phoenix this week....bring it on. Too bad only your playing partners and a forecaddie were your only audience when you played the 16th a couple of weeks ago. So if SYRfan is willing to pay $755 to have his car valet parked at some FAKE women's major....I assume he'll pay at least $2755 to have his car valeted parked for REAL golf at TPC Scottsdale....he's also saving hotel expenses because he can sleep in his own bed so the $2755 won't hurt so much. I'd like to see Phil try to obtain a $28 taxes-in per night flea bag motel rate in Phoenix this week.....but then again...nothing Phil accomplishes would surprise me.

http://instagr.am/p/BINZpn-BaxN mnmlstglfr OK...WTF....are you some kind of forensic investigator?....how the F*CK are you able to see a random guy in Arg's pic and match him up to an IG pic....huh...WTF!!!! This must be a pic shortly after Arg gave In Gee a "hand crafted" (lol...her words) Dumbo head cover with the Korean fan/drool boy...then days later she would throw it into a garbage can at O'Hare. Yet one year later at the 2017 KPMG at Olympia Fields a Taiwanese fanboy would give In Gee a Dumbo head cover that she would actually use. I guess In Gee prefers yellow skin over some old white BINDER BOY, like Arg....just sayin...so you mean the Smiling Buddha has a chance?

No, it was HappyFan who originally found this pic and posted it back in 2016. We all had some fun with it by saying he would be in the binder and the head cover would soon be in a trashcan at O'Hare. When Arg posted his pics from the International Crown yesterday, I noticed the guy in the Titleist hat and thought he looked familiar, so I went back and did a search here on SeoulSisters and sure enough, it was the same guy! seoulsisters.freeforums.net/post/17897seoulsisters.freeforums.net/post/17900

This is so funny...you use to make this crap often on WRX and then stopped in fear that those DOUCHEBAG WRX mods would ban you....f*ckin TOOLS. I saw a guy with the BINDER at the 2015 CP CWO....I wanted to ask to look inside but refrained. He was conducting a training session for the security volunteers...but these vols were frail old senators...if you want proper security .....ya need to recruit the biggest and meanest looking motherf*****. Tonyj and I know a Canuck who I believe is in the binder. But he basically told the Rent-A-Cops to F*** O** otherwise he'd ask the RCMP to charge them with harassment...so they backed off....we Canucks aren't like you PINK SHIRT Yanks who cower and start crying when approached by the FAKE LPGA cops (e.g. SayYouSeRi....I love how Xtina shamed him publicly and called him out) or others who wouldn't stand up for Drama Queen Danielle Kang in Palm Springs when she was harassed by 2 douc*ebag a*sholes.
