Muni will have her hands full with Carta....same with Lucy against Green and Choi vs. Wu. I watched Carta hit irons on the range...it was no fluke that she won the NCAA Individual title this year...but Muni is 2-up thru nine holes. UPDATE: Now A/S thru 12...Muni is just setting her up to win with a birdie in OT.

He conducted herself like a champion this week. Needless to say, we'll be hearing a lot more from her over the years.
Nothing on the LPGA has been remotely as compelling as the US Am and there is still a lot of golf to go.
After watching the skill level of these women, O'Sullivan's decision to play two rounds at Woburn instead of trying for two in a row is not a surprise.
I like Delsing a lot. He seems to have a lot of compassion for these players. He was a good player who couldn't quite get it done.
I wish they'd show Terminator Junior but the camera is drawn to He and Li.

Yeah, this event is an absolute gauntlet. We probably don't give enough credit to the winners just as an achievement but there isn't much shame is losing in the first round either. Nary a word from the lame stream golf media that a famous 13 year old was the current top seed in the AM. Short lived tho it was.

Li is wasting her time in school. This should be her last amateur event then she needs to turn pro and get on the LPGA Tour as soon as possible. She's using an electric pull-cart. It looks like she built it herself actually. That's the Kangaroo Hillcrest ABX, which her mom was also using at Ridgewood CC two weeks ago. RGGC is a steeper course, so mom was using the remote control a lot. How long does it take to take it apart and put it together for travel purposes?

Hmmmm....seems like Muni gave a big long hug to her opponent and said something.
Seems like Lucy has gained much distance since Pinehurst....she was at a huge disadvantage hitting 5W's into the greens.....she's still young...but by 18 she better have some distance by then. Kinda lame how Lucy's Aunt left the bag in the line of sight on the par 3....yes I've left my bag in the tree line on a returning par4 or 5 when the next hole is coming back...but it's kinda hidden and we're only playing a casual rd.
The stream is good.....I changed my cable pkg and no longer have TSN2 which covers this event...ugh....I could be a dbag and call the cable company and flip the switch and then cancel TSN2 come Monday.
Some lop sided matched in the later sessions.
The Koreans are cruising...too bad they'll meet up soon. So much for Go China Go....lol.

Who is on Muni's bag? So which course do you think is better? How much do you think the initiation fees are?

Boy, I hope this is a coincidence, but Ree, Andrea Lee, Seong and Choi are all in the same group and only one of them is getting through to the final four. Meanwhile, they all destroyed their opponents. Wish I had watched the streaming. Choi had Wu for lunch 6 & 5. Seong similarly destroyed her opponent 5 & 4. Now comes the clash we were denied at the girls Junior. Too bad it has to come in round 3. So, who do you pick? Seong has the length, Choi the consistency. Seong had some trouble gauging the putt speed yesterday, but based on her score today, I'm guessing she's figured it out. Sounds like Choi might have a little injury. Seong has also claimed she gets tired when she plays two rounds in a day. In any event, I'm looking forward to an epic. The other match in this group features Andrea Lee and Robynn Ree. I was really impressed with what I saw of both of them yesterday, and they both won their matches in blowouts this morning. I'm tipping Lee as the favorite, but I wouldn't be surprised if this is a close one, too.

After the 64 players qualify, I wish they'd seed the match play based on World Ranking and not low score in medal play.
Interesting, that Lee and Ree's hometowns are adjacent communities in Los Angeles.

Carta has a logo on her hat that looks like a strip club logo...not that I'd know anything about gentlemen's clubs....lol.
When I was in Lexington, KY on a biz trip......we went to a club that waived the cover for military....I assume this is fairly common. The Cdn military get few freebies here in Canada.
