Maybe Team Trump will be inspired by Natalie's speech at the RNC on Tuesday.

UL International Crown is public's ticket to Gurnee's Merit Club www.dailyherald.com/article/20160718/sports/160719138/Michael Jordan and Brian Urlacher are among the members of an ultraprivate Lake County country club who have given up their 325 acres of golf paradise this week so thousands of people can attend an international women's tournament. A friend used to be the pro at a course MJ used to play. Jordan took full advantage of the facilities, including the parking lot. Fortunately, the windows of his limo were heavily tinted.

3Putt: I am glad you are not doing the pairing for the Korean team. Why would you pair the longest drivers and less accurate players together. The shorter drivers and the better ball strikers together.
18Majors: Pairing makes a lot more sense.

Japan looks really strong. Huh? Only if Hideki played...lol. Japan had a pretty bad team last time in 2014 and still did well. Korea also didnt set it on fire last time and had a better team because of leadership. This current team Korea team has zero leadership and forced Ha-Na out for no reason. China is a long shot but I could see it happen. Australia too. You guys act like Korea dominated this last time when they actually sucked pretty hard. This current Korean squad deserves to lose badly just because of the way they treated Ha-Na. What if your father murdered someone? Does that also make you a murderer? And LOL and counting on Amy Yang for anything. You guys are 100 percent delusional.

This is match play and 4ball and anything can happen....just because something occurred in the past doesn't mean it will repeat itself. Just because Amy and Badass are more wild off the tee doesn't mean their ball striking into the green is poor....Amy and SYK's GIR are better than SYR and Dumbo.....the LPGA seldom has penal rough and I don't think it will be any different at Merit.....longer dives = shorter irons and even if they are in the rough can easily gouge it out onto the green...unless blocked by trees or into a hazard. Also look at all 4's scoring avg....very similar. And only SYK sticks out in avg birdies per rd....birdies are important in 4ball. I believe all the Koreans get along...so it really doesn't matter who they play with .....unless their are some friendships that are tighter that we the public are unaware of. I'm sure all 4 are good at ham and egging it with each other. In my previous post....I said the Koreans will likely switch partners....so to start off with SYK & Amy and SYR and Dumbo...IMO....isn't that far fetched....it's not as if we're pairing Dumbo and Ha Na or FIGJAM and Eldrick.

Just because Japan did ok last time means nothing two years later. This is match play and as we all know .......anything can and will happen....who expected Spain to win. I don't like how the Koreans are too nice...none of them will stick it in your face and fist pump 3 feet into their opponent's mug....Ha Na is missed.....she's full of sh*t that she said she is tired to play. US does look good.....but...... 3 players have suspect putters China is kinda a weak team...only Feng sticks out alittle bit....although the other gals on Team China look up to Feng....Shansahn kinda lacks the leadership for her team....she's more interested what will be on the menu at the gala dinner than giving her gals a pep talk and stepping on your opponents throat speech. As I said....I like the moxy of Charley, Mel and Jodi....besides they need to play well cause all the other LPGA are gunning for Jodi....for being a BIG MOUTH...as the UnderCover Tour pro. I like the Aussies.....3 fairly solid players....I don't know much about Artis and if she's a really weak link. I just really looking forward to the 3 UK gals to stick it to Kerr or Lewis if they are competing in a match. All I wish for is Stupples not to be in Chitown...though I suspect she will be .......and hope the GREAT Tom Abbott will be in the booth....oh ya and Foltzy on the ground. PS...oh ya....I nearly forgot.....I hope I don't hear any USA USA All the Way bullsh*t.

Really looking forward to this event, it was a lot of fun last time around and hopefully more of the same. I'm guessing they will set it up soft so even if it's long there should be plenty of birdie opportunities..
No love for the Siam Sisters? I'm picking them to do well.
At this stage I see Australia and China fighting to get through Pool A and into Sunday and Japan and England doing the same in Pool B.

Of course the spectators will be chanting USA USA, that is what morons do. This event lacks any purpose. To make it more meaningful, the players from the countries that finish outside of the top two should be banned from competing on the LPGA for one year. It would create some much needed excitement.

Not your cup of tea ? It is fast becoming my favorite LPGA event. The chanting and cheering is what makes these events exciting. Imagine an NFL stadium full of spectators politely clapping after the home team gets a big sack.

Stats for 3putt. Greens in Regulation. Driving Accuracy
So Yeon Ryu Rank 4. 75.4% Rank 22. 70.2% In Gee Chun Rank 29. 70.2% Rank 30. 74.2%
Amy Yang Rank 17. 71.1% Rank 109. 65.2% Sei Young Rank 19. 71.7% Rank 115. 64.7%
The key is having at least one player on the fairway. Not both players in trouble. Ham and egg is only accurate after the fact. I wouldn't count on it as a winning strategy.

Not both players in trouble. Ham and egg is only accurate after the fact. I wouldn't count on it as a winning strategy. And you just demonstrated that though SYK and Amy are close to 80 spots less in driving accuracy vs. SYR and Dumbo....their ball striking into the green (GIR) are virtually similar to SYR and Dumbo....all four scoring avgs are very close too....and at the end of the day...... birdies and scores are what counts....especially the birdies in 4ball. Unless there is tension among the Koreans which we are not familiar with....the Koreans are so closely matched in skill and scoring....it really won't make a difference who is paired with each other....the same can be said about the highly skilled play of all the Merican pros. Chemistry is key.....maybe Dumbo and SYR like one another and maybe Amy and SYK like each other too....who knows. I'm just disappointed Ha Na bailed....if people want to believe the tension is over they are kidding themselves....I saw the phoniness at Sahalee. I'm waiting for the day when Dumbo and Ha Na are the leaders going into the final rd at an event and Ha Na smokes Dumbo by 5 strokes....dumping birdies one after another and doing her fist pumps and dancing all while looking at In Gee....that would be AWESOME TV. In 4ball...one player can also carry the other....we've seen it on TV many times and I played and seen in in my own events too. When all is said and done....the Korean Team is useless without the LOVELY HYP...nuff said.

In 2018...I hope the Koreans yell in Kerr and Lewis's (assuming they make the team) backswings and clap and cheer every time they both miss putts.....hopefully the Koreans learned something from the 2013 Reignwood....that would be AWESOME.

Was Bam Bam the 4th on the US team in 2014? I was thinking about Korda....is she not higher ranked because she lacks the focus to excel...kinda like Bam Bam?
Just saw that Creamer's dog passed away....I think he had been sick (didn't I read a while back he had a fungi issue??) and Paula knew he was going to pass away very soon. I think he was maybe less than 5 years old....very sad.....RIP....Studley.
