I think the 10 yr rule is dumb. Why would you think that. I like it that the LPGA has numbers to reach certain achievements. For instance Player of The Year is not voted on like the PGA does. That way no one can feels slighted. |

In Gee played 5 par 5 this week, not a single birdie.
Missed the fairway and green, 2 putts for bogey.
Fittingly, a bounce back birdie at a Par 5.
Under par after 27 holes; 2nd time this week.
Hit 7 out 8 fairways through 10; hit 7 out of 14 fairways yesterday.
Second Par 5 birdie at #14, more cushion to cut line.
A throw away bogey after a hard-earned birdie; sign of a struggling golfer.
Another bounce back birdie at #17, a welcome relief.
A third Par 5 birdie to make the round respectable.
In Gee is not making it easy for herself, but she's been patient to gut it out.

I think the 10 yr rule is dumb. My boyhood idol, Gale Sayers, played just five full seasons in the NFL. Fortunately, Pete Rozelle and not Michael Whan was the commissioner at the time. In 1977, Sayers became the youngest member of the NFL Hall of Fame. |

That way no one can feels slighted. It's stupid that Lorena is not in the HOF. What if WinBee was in a career ending car accident back in February...should she be denied HOF status? Lorena is kinda a mute point .....as she would never be allowed into the US come 2017 .......trying to climb THE WALL....hopefully Lorena will be of assistance to Salas and Gaby Lopez in relocating to Mexico once Trump deports them.....nuff said. |

In Gee made 8 birdies in 2 days; not bad compared to Ariya's 11.
But In Gee made 5 bogeys to Ariya's 0; this is a killer because Ariya is supposed to be the wild one and more prone to making bogeys.
Golf is never a constant, things will revert to normal with time. We shall see.

Funny enough....the spelling bee championship was on last night....there were co-winners...one is an eleven year old 5th grader....if they gave us 10 words....I doubt many here would correctly spell more than 1 or 2 correctly. They even had a 6 year old contestant....he has be in competitions since 2...LOL.....our 2 year old grandson only knows how to say Nana, Mommy, Daddy, car....lol. The Asians monopolize the math contests.....the Korean gals destroy the LPGA....it seems like the East Indians are dominating the spelling bee's....it must be embarrassing being white nowadays.   |

As sluggish as In Gee has been, she trails only So Yeon at -9 and Hyo Joo at -5.

Ariya is going to Stenson and Day the LPGA to death....did you see the roll out of Ariya's 2 iron on 15....holy moly. No wonder Ko didn't play well yesterday and today.....paired with Kerr....supposedly Lydia is fighting a bit of a cold. I was hoping to see a Of Mice and Men.....Lennie(Ariya) vs. Curly(Kerr).  |
