Where is Bangkokbobby when Ariya has a 3 footer to win the first LPGA title for Thailand! I stopped watching the LPGA and visiting any forum that talked about the LPGA after the final round of the ANA Inspiration. That collapse by May crushed me. I still DVRed broadcasts, but deleted them without watching after checking the leaderboard on Sunday. At the moment, I was only interested in seeing the first Thai win...or possibly a Michelle Wie win. Neither seemed imminent. It was only when I saw a tweet from the LPGA on Saturday that Ariya was on fire (with fire emojis) that I started watching again. I really can't put in words how I feel seeing this...but I tried on my blog, if you want to check it out: Ariya Jutanugarn Wins 2016 Yokohama Tire LPGA Classic (WOO HOO!!!!)

She still should have had this one... She had probably the worst break of any of the approach shots I saw on 17. I mean, nobody ended up in that weird rough down there, It's called poor execution....nuff said. Well, nuff said, except that you're wrong...

I've got to assume it was a volunteer...did everyone catch a person in sandals running across the fringe approx 8 feet from Ariya's birdie putt....Ariya was at address...WTF....if that was Crusty Kerr she would have personally wrapped an iron with screws around the vol's neck. I'm surprised Tom Abbott didn't make fun of the situation. I know many of you have attended events....they are too many idiots who are volunteers....they might as well not have them..... or at least screen them

It's called poor execution....nuff said. Well, nuff said, except that you're wrong... So when you pick out a target and you don't hit near that target...what do you call that shot? In my world...it's call poor execution...... if I hit a shot that is not close to the target I've picked....I blame no one except myself if I hit a poor shot ......bad luck occurs when I hit a shot at my target in a fairway and it hit's a sprinkler head and bounces OB or into the rough or hazard....but we've got to take the good with the bad. If I hit a sprinkler head near a green...it's a poor shot because I miss my target which is the green. e.g.) last Monday I hit a 6 iron on a par 3....I didn't hit it well and thinned it but it ended up 8 ft from the pin and I made the putt for birdie....it was a lousy shot in my books...but it's golf....hopefully the Golf Gods even things out....though they've yet to hear Yani's cries for forgiveness.

OK...I was wrong...the simpleton was about 14 feet from Ariya...what a fool....if I was Ariya's loop that person would have a towel wrapped around their neck.

Sorry Putt but I'll stick up for Happy here, you're wrong.. lol Amy pretty much hit her target just maybe 6 feet short and it took a 90 degree bounce to the left, that bit was unlucky. It was a risky shot to start with and kudos for Amy for having a go but she played the next one badly, bad luck on the bounce doesn't excuse poor execution on the next..

Plus, as great as she is Lydia Ko is better. Others could say the same, including In Gee Chun. May has 1 win. Now the goal is to show she can repeat the feat. If May can finish the year in the top 10 of the CME race, I'd be happy. If not, it still doesn't erase the joy of seeing the first Thai win. I was thinking, more likely to be the next first time Thai winner...Pornanong Phatlum or Moriya Jutanugarn...Waen is more consistent so she will likely have more chances, but every once in a while Mo has a round or two where she gets hot. By the way, speaking of In Gee, loved her Instagram pics from Disney World.

Instagram is great; it's like we fans are invited to witness players' daily life.

IGC is having a great time in Florida. The wind isn't blowing. ... and she didn't need to hit any golf balls! Fanofseri, you have been away for so long, you're out of date. In Gee is now a certified wind player; she bested the whole field the last round of Texas tournament when Gerina Piller couldn't play well because of winds.

I heard she had a good round in the wind. Can she do it again when Dr. Won Park is back in Korea at the driving range manufacturing more androids?

If I hit a sprinkler head near a green...it's a poor shot because I miss my target which is the green. Good grief, that's absurd. Amy hit a dead straight shot with great contact, and it landed on a bad spot on the fairway and she got a ridiculously bad break out of it. No one on Earth can map out a golf course well enough to avoid hitting every bad spot, you play the percentages, and to call that bad execution is laughably harsh. Now the missed par save.... That was all her.

Like you would say Hi Pro May if you saw Ariya on the driving range?
