I am not one who you see complaining about TV coverage, but if I see one more shot by Michelle Wie today with a +7 on the top right of my screen, I am going to switch to baseball. This makes no sense. Jacquie Concolino and Candie Kung are both 4 under as I write this, and they haven't shown a single shot by either. Come on Tony....don't be so foolish....you know GC needs to be covering Wiezy the moment she breaks a nail so she can WD. Except for 4waymiss and The Smiling Buddha...they are the only ones on cyber space who can appreciate the GREAT Tom Abbott...he made fun of MW trunk slammin .....and as usual...Judy came to the rescue to tone down his comment.

In Gee is struggling with winds again, can't hit either fairways or greens. Need to give it all to make the cut. A missed cut might be a good thing. It will give IGC a chance to let Dr. Won Park works his magic in some intensive practice sessions--wherever ICC is based in the US. Face it....Dumbo is a fraud.

A lot of people are seem to be dumping on Michelle Wei because she is struggling. She was very marketable when she first came to the tour. She brought a lot of fans to the LPGA tour when she arrived. Because she was a great talent. Maybe she and her crew made some mistakes along the way. Like trying to play PGA tournaments. Not sure how she acts outside the ropes and don't care. But inside the ropes, even though she is not playing well. I have never seen her slam a club or do anything close to that. Not sure why all the hate on her. It is DRAMA 24 X 7 for M. Wie and Company. Who needs it? How about this...from my Archives...the pro-am of the 2009 Sybase: After HYP’s group teed off on #2, Michelle Wie’s group approached the 4th tee, so I took a look. They were accompanied by cop in a cart (more favoritism for MW; Natalie Gulbis had a security guard on foot!). Wie hit a rotten drive...low and left, but her parents didn’t follow her down the fairway right away. A guy in a RULES cart had driven up and handed B.J. a sheet of paper. Without eavesdropping too blatantly, I heard two things. First, the paper described the rule differences between a practice round and a pro-am round. Second, the rules guy said that the tour is trying to encourage the pros to be more engaged with their amateur partners in pro-ams. B.J. had a LOT to say in return, but he spoke too softly to be heard. When they finally finished, the rules guy drove them down the fairway to catch up with MW. I didn’t know what this episode meant and I didn’t care. Team Wie is a tiresome act and I had no interest in following them. But, let's put drama aside and talk about golf only. TonyJ ripped GC today for showing Wie instead of "unknowns" who were playing much better...I didn't see the broadcast, but if that's what happened, he's exactly right.

When Michelle was about 15, my brother wrote B.J. and invited them to play golf at Riviera. B.J. actually responded to his email and said that time constraints wouldn't allow for a trip to Los Angeles. It could have been the start of a beautiful friendship.

LMAO...yup I can see a member at Riviera asking a 15 year old Asian girl to be a guest to play golf and then face the embarrassment by the members on the course, clubhouse and locker room......"Hey look everyone....here comes Rice King"...lol. But I shouldn't be surprised...I've seen it 1st hand....white guys fawning over my sister and niece. I'm surprised this site's URL is not....www.yellowfever.com or http://www.dumbolove.com......

Oh yeah, I love to ask my good buddy, Kimura how he likes his daughters dating slack-jawed white guys from Ohio. My reputation is already ruined so my association with this site has no repercussions.

All this fawning/drooling over Dumbo and SYR really helped....of the players who made the cut....both along with 4 others had the poorest rounds at +2...way to go boys!!

Golf is hard. Minjee, Hyo Joo and Lexi, all winners this year, all missed the cut line of +2.
In Gee squeezed by with E.

She had a tough time of it. Another birdie less round, after a bogy free round first day. Looks like Baker Finch were no help. She's missing putts now that she used to make occasionally.
