The first of four "majors" (how bush league, only four) kicks off Thursday at Ibaraki GC (West) again. To the best of my knowledge, there are no non-Japanese LPGAers in the field, which is unusual. Lucky 6 and Nasa will play, along with the 2017 Korean Women's Amateur champ, Seo Yun Kwon. An article says the 13th & 14th holes were lengthened and the all the bunkers were changed from river sand to mountain sand...whatever that is...I assume it makes the bunkers more difficult. There are downloadable .pdf pages of the tournament pamphlet here: www.ntv.co.jp/w-ladies/2018/pamphlet/index.html******* Japan TV (local time) will be here: aqstream.com/jp/ntv/NTVRound Three: Sat. 3:30 PM Round Four: Sun. 3:00 PM Other miscellaneous broadcasting for all four rounds might be on Youtube via this character string: ワールドレディスチャンピオンシップ サロンパスカップ

Nasa, fresh off her first Top 10 LPGA finish, has to be sky high for this Japanese Major.
She'll contend if she putts as well as she has been.

Forget Nasa. You guys really buried the lede here! LUCKY SIX is in the field. Now this is an interesting development. I root for her cause she's awesome, but... I wouldn't want her to be tempted to go to the JLPGA, so in a way I hope she doesn't do too well...
