Alison Whitaker: "It's a gettable golf course. I think we can gather that from the scores today." Ya think? The Aussie announcers are a bit simple...and they spew all this USELESS GARBAGE/INFO.....they must be related to 18majors. Are there any members here who miss 18majors and want him back?...just askin.

Minjee Lee has been playing well all year; she's the one I'm rooting for tomorrow. Sisters Hwaiting! Minjee Happy...you do know that Minjee's a FAKE Korean don't you?...so why do you root for her.....you never root for the other FAKES like Wie, Kang, Xtina, etc. Another question...why are you so EMBARRASSED that you're a YANK....you have never rooted for a Merican...nor have shown any Merican pride....you are so FUNNY...I assume you own a Samsung phone, use Kakao every minute, drive a Hyundai Santa Fe, exclusively shop at H-Mart, own 500 K-Pop & K-Drama CD's and DVD's and own three LG TV's?

WTF...terrible outcome....there's nothing to like about Wie. Mell and the boys just ordered 5 big boxes of Kleenex for their night stands......it will be SO PATHETIC...all the YANK media DROOLING over Wie.
Of the players surging for the win...I was rooting for REAL Ko to take it. I'm shocked how well she has played of late cause the other REAL Koreans like Dumbo and Namdalla are choking it up.

Nelly played nervous and tight coming home. Johnny Miller called it again...when a player needs a critical putt on the 72nd hole...they wipe the putt to the right and never square up and follow through with the putter face.
Nelly basically started crying immediately once she gag/choked on the birdie at 18......it's not easy winning.

Chella's getting a lot of TV coverage today although she is stuck in neutral...not enough is said about her swing...long and flowing with an old-school high hands follow-thru...it should continue serving her well for a long time. If you've seen her in person, you'll see she is no shrimp. Her coach going back to at least 2014 is Mike Bender...he appears to be another one of those "empire builder" coaches, but it's obvious that he has not saddled her with a proprietary (fraudulent) "system". I didn't know she has won at least $600K every season since 2012. Actually, I served notice to the world on the old SS forum when she was a rookie at the 2009 Sybase, per The Archives:

OK...boys and girls....the REAL star this week is Atthaya Thitkul....-13 and -10 over the weekend....and a bogey free weekend.
I normally would say this after 2 great recent weeks..but I think she'll be a top 20 LPGA star.....why? If she didn't have length I'd say she'd be suspect to be a star...but she's pretty long and will get longer.....she obviously demonstrated a short game over the weekend.
All the above is assuming she doesn't lose any desire, doesn't get injured and stays away from Deadbetter.

Eh. It's early. The Koreans have never had a good track record on courses where the winning score < -20 (looks like this could happen this week). Not surprising that the one event they won this year was also the one that had the highest winning score. Koreans were all over the Aussie Open leaderboard. It's not going to get better at the Founders Cup, which is usually set up supremely easy, but Kia tends to be harder. If they are getting swamped there and they didn't set the course up easier than usual, I might get worried then. As I've said...you're so funny when we read all your delusional excuses when you see fit for the Koreans. The Koreans have won on tough and goat track set-up pitch and putt courses too. Hmmmmm...wasn't it some REAL Korean who won a FAKE major in 2016 at -21 and then another real Korean in 2014 won the same FAKE major opening up with a 61 on a MICKEY MOUSE set-up. The Koreans win on LOOSEY GOOSEY courses too...the gals play on FAKE courses....on REAL golf is played on REAL courses. EDIT...where's Annie Park nowadays.....soon to have company with another wash-out called GIMMEE.

Probably gonna be a big year for Kang. Last few seasons have been improving, seem to be leading up to something bigger. Looks like a top ten caliber player now that she's gotten all serious about her career. I am getting annoyed with the Seoulsisters. Only one player--Jin Young--appears to have shown up this year. In Gee looking all shriveled up and covered in too many logos. NDL basically acting like her old beloved dog Daoni never existed. So Yeon looking sharp off the course but awful sloppy on it. Inbee with one foot so obviously out the door. etc etc Eh. Lol. Memory loss? The winning score was -17. Inbee won this tournament last year shooting -19. Ha Na won it the year before with a -19.

I always wondered why Jason had such a tough time getting a decent bag after Lydia. She was #1 and won a major and silver medal in 2016 when he was canned. He wasn't the reason for her struggles. With a T-2 coming so soon after a missed cut in Australia, Jenny should give him a decent tryout. https://www.instagram.com/p/Bf5QoJ_H3bN

Really thought Jenny Shin would get the win.
I was hoping after getting to minus fifteen with five holes to play. Jin Young would get two or three more birdies and have a great chance to win. Still another great tournament after falling behind after even par, the first round.
So Yeon minus eight final round score made her minus ten on the weekend. Give her confidence moving forward.
Sei Young Kim minus 10 and Amy Yang minus eight move them into the top ten.
Mi Hyang minus 7 also great final round.
In Gee and Sung Hyun not a good tournament.
