So who will gag it today....Spieth or Rory? I say Rory out plays Spieth today. Nice reverse karma. Hard to figure Rory...we know can't putt like Day or Spieth, but how does he hit into three fairway bunkers on the front nine? Is he "alone" out there? I remember that guy on the GC trashing his caddy a few years ago...does J.P. have anything useful to say when Rory gets wobbly? Spieth and Greller transmit and receive to each other like a pair of supercomputers. Jordan gave everyone a big gift on 17 & 18, but he's still hard to bet against. I noticed Kaufman is still using a non-adjustable Cleveland Classic driver...check out the junk barrel at the nearest Golf Galaxy. Maybe Jordan should get one. Hideki's sweater was flat-out fugly...I think I saw a Descente logo on the back of it. The good news is that it covered over a golf shirt that was probably hideous.

Spieth and Kerr in couples match play would be unstoppable. How great would it be to hear Kerr yelling at Jordan's ball. Maybe Day paired w/ Lydia and her gameswomanship could take them down.

Jordan is still the favorite, but if he slips I'd bet on Matsuyama or Jason Day.

The first time Bernhard Langer won at Augusta I watched at J. Paul's in Georgetown. The crabcakes are world class.

2014 - friends won the lottery for tickets for a practice day. Oh stop your passive brag...I hate you. ...nice avatar...much better than those two stupid birds....but still you need to change it....maybe this summer when you attend an event and get a pic taken with the LOVELY HYP in knee highs. I heard the pimento sandwiches taste awful..is this true? I've yet to attend....but I gotta believe TV doesn't capture the elevation change and toughness of Augusta. The chute on 18 must be brutally tight...that's why we see so many blocked shots cause ya can't aim to the left.

Bryson looks like a bad high school player until you see the ball land by the hole. With the same length clubs and not choking down on the wedges...he's kinda dead handing his shots to impart spin. He must be a savant to play irons the same length.

There is no applause when an Asian hits a good shot. I can only imagine if a Mexican won. And the shame Hideki brought to himself needing an interpreter to do an interview...WTF...a fake white boy interpreter? ...at least get a bilingual Japanese guy....calling mnmlistglfr please. Just goes to show you after practicing for 12 hours/day and then going home to study English for 3 hrs a day..... what the Sista's are going through and completely destroying the Yanks while they spa, get their hair colored and nails done.

Maybe Jordan should get one. 1) I never thought Spieth could keep his keep his putter hot for a 3rd day....I forgot Rory went left hand low....and gagging it......the duel was lame...it only lasted 1 hole...lol. The Smiling Buddha is a clown and knows jack sh*t. 2) Rory...soft brain....he's the one hitting the ball...but ya....JP just seems to be a mime. Let's face it and I've said many times...Ko could have a monkey on her bag and still keep on winning and Tina would be glad to give up 5 banana's vs. 10% for a win to Jason. 3) Yup...Spieth's melt down put so many more into the mix.....way to close....looks like my game....choke down coming home....in my last 3 rds....I have doubled on hole 18, 17 and 17....I'm a gagging clown. 4) Go pick up on Smiley's driver....the Classic has a super deep face...but I think the stock Miyazaki is not a good shaft.

Jordan is still the favorite, but if he slips I'd bet on Matsuyama or Jason Day. I wouldn't mind seeing Hideki win...but I think his nerves and putter will let him down. I have no clue who will win....Spieth's closing gag makes Sunday that much better......too bad the wind is supposed to did down so we can watch another gag fest. I don't know if I'll play golf tomorrow and then come home and watch my recording...it's been great to blast and FF through hours of coverage the past 3 rds. The weather is crazy nice right now...it was 83*F and sunny playing on Fri...that's nuts here.

OK...if the tough playing conditions the past 3 days don't stop all the clown talk that the women should play a major at Augusta.... then I have no clue what will stop the ridiculousness discussions.
Even playing from the members tees...with hard/cement conditions, wind, tough pin positions and baked out greens likely stimping at 14 .....the gals would be embarrassed....likely with the leaders shooting 81-85....never mind the lower ranked pros.
Additionally....it would be a gong show the 1st few years as the gals won't have experience playing Augusta in tournament conditions.

It all depends on the setup of the course. They probably have to slow down the green a little bit as the girls don't hit their approach as high. Oakmont argurably is more demanding on putting than Augusta. USGA had no trouble setting it up for the girls to yield similar scores as the guys. I can't imagine the top girls in the world would "embarass" themselves playing from members tee designed for some rich slobs.

I mentioned the 4 above tough playing conditions....it's major....the course should play like a major. Look at what the LGU did to Carnasty in 2011...it was a joke...it was a pitch and putt. They neutered the 18th....they took away all the fescue(trouble) and only played it at 386 yds...there was no drama....the hole looked nothing like it did in 1999 when van de Velde gagged it. Hey, but you if you and others think it would be exciting to watch the gals on a watered down Augusta with soaked greens to accept shots, easy pin placements and greens running at 9 on the stimp...then great.....I just don't think that's the way a major should be played at Augusta.

I think you are preoccupied with the "men's setup" as the right setup for a major championship. When your favorite girl, Paula, won at Oakmont, she was the only one under par. And i dont think they put the flags in the middle and ran the stimp at 9 for the pink diva. So was my future wife the only one under par when she won at Pinehurst. And that was just one week after the boys played the same course. It just shows that the same course can be setup as a tough but fair test for both men and women. The 1999 Carnoustie was wildly ridiculed as an impossible course. And you know this year's Augusta is pushing the limit when Horschel's ball was blown into the water from the green. But for a "normal" year like last year? The winning score was -18. There are various arguments against a women event at Augusta. But the course being too tough for the girls are NOT one of them.

I just want the women to play where there is a gallery in attendance.

A buddy owes me money. If Hunter Mahan can somehow shoot low round of the day, he wins his pool and will give me the cash. I'm not holding my breath.
