Tom Abbott is AWESOME....his comment about Lexi's GINORMOUS putter is too funny. "if the housing where Lexi is staying doesn't have cable TV....they can use Lexi's putter as an antenna"....LMAO. Tom Abbott's best line of the day was when some Canadian geese distracted a player about to hit - "Oh, they're following Brooke Henderson in the group ahead."

Followed In Gee today. Her swing appeared similar to the swing she always had. Not to much difference between the first and last hole. The wind kicked up later in the day, so some shots turned out different. To me, it looked like she played a solid round of golf. How her back holds up the next three days, who knows?
Playing with Jani had to throw her off a little. All of Jani misses were high and right. You would think because the misses are the same, that she should be able to adjust.
Could only watch So Yeon the last two holes. She made bogie on seventeen. However she hit her approach within four feet for birdie on eighteen. Instead of making birdie, she three putted and made another bogie. Just don't know about her.

Maybe Baker-Finch will straighten SYR out before the 2nd round.

WTF...a 3 jack from 4 ft without any undue pressure...unfortunately I think SYR is toast like Jani.

Maybe Baker-Finch will straighten SYR out before the 2nd round. Yup...all this past week in PS with IBF really helped. Does this Sean guy who is suppose to help/guide the Sista's know anything about golf. You'd think he's tell SYR that a grown man who cried in a locker room after shooting 92 at an Open Championship might not be the best mental coach. I say IBF is the Italian and they are trying to down play/hiding their affair...just like Lorena's family was not pleased when they found out that she was dating her now husband.

My gf in the late 80s early 90s had a thing for Finchie. He is pretty handsome and old. I like him but SYR might want to try one of the Stocktons next time.

Did not realize that, Happy, and probably most on the site didn't either. You do good work! Many thanks! Thanks! Just to clarify, this forum is in fact free, as the name 'freeforums.net' implies (thank goodness!). What costs me is the seoulsisters domain and the website hosting for ss.com. But it isn't that much, so I don't mind shelling out.

Round 1 Well, that was about as good as I could have hoped for from In Gee in round one. She looked pretty solid tee to green, and her short game seemed sharp as usual. Awesome par save on the one hole from about ten feet. And Ha Na also looked sharp today. Perhaps seeing In Gee in action again is a load off her mind? Anyway, Mell wrote an article about it.In other news, a lot of Sisters percolating on the second and third pages of the leaderboard. Inbee had her best ever first round at this event, if I remember what the commentators said correctly. She's in great position so far. Also nice to see Amy Yang, Hyo Joo and NYC up there. But the name at 2 under that made me the happiest was IK Kim. But of course, they had to show that freaking missed putt AGAIN! Hopefully they got it out of their systems... In KLPGA news, Sung Hyun Park shot a 71 and Jin Young Ko a 73. Bo Mee Lee also shot 73. Go Sisters!!!! In Gee Sei Young was so so on Thursday So Yeon Ryu even par HYP Jenny Shin Q Baek Chella

It's funny how Tiger and Michelle stay in the spotlight after all these years. I can't understand it, just the same as I can't understand why anybody would vote for Donald Trump or Hilary Clinton.
Sorenstam and Ochoa were big in their own time, but they were never as big as Michelle for any stretch of imagination.
Whatever it may be, BJ has to get the credit for being the most successful promoter of all time.

I don't expect to learn anything from Annika's comments this morning, not any insight into In Gee's swings.

I've come to not mind the Golf Industrial Complex force feeding us our weekly Wie rations. She always has such bizarre stuff going on that it's usually pretty interesting.

I wonder fatigue has been a factor in Brooke Henderson's games; she doesn't seem to be as sharp as it could be.

Thirteen players at -3 or better, this is still anybody's tournament.
Whoever gets hot for the next three days!
