Yoon Kyung Heo has been out since August with a left knee injury, but she's healthy and training hard for her return to action. Here are some pix of her swing from a recent article:

Yes, Heo has been missed. Happy do you think she'll try out for the LPGA in her future?

Phil If your driving ranges are still closed....assuming there are golf stores nearby....I'm sure they would adjust your driver to 12*....heck if they are slow....ask if you can demo some 'softer' TM shafts....assuming the adapter is compatible.

I assume Royce Brook GC is open now...I'll drop by next week to borrow their wrench and use their range. ********** It's not getting old over there...

Sung Hyun Park received a gold putter from Ping to celebrate her victory at last year's Korean Women's Open:

FYI - On the top of the page, the blue cross symbol with two tails followed by three stacked horizontal lines translates to "Bo Mee". The page has a diagram of her miracle approach at #18, which got her into the playoff.

Phonetically, it's pronounced "Bo Mee". But like "Bo Mee", it doesn't have any real meaning.
"Bo Mee" means nothing in English, but Bo Mee's Korean name has a real meaning, a "treasured beauty".
"In Gee" name in Korean means a cultured and wise person.

Now that's a golf show. Hmmmm....no surprise that the golf show in Korea is only 2nd to the one in Orlando...and Orlando is restricted to only golf industry personnel and invitees.
Seriously...the Korean LPGA event sponsors NEED to give their invites to Sharon and SKY....are they that clueless. I bet if they had a TMaG autograph signing session here with Sharon, Gulbis and The Pink Diva.....Sharon might get the most attention and let's not forget...Sharon speaks perfect English with a Kiwi accent. Sharon also has a nice autograph.

Tokyo has a HUGE golf show every off-season, going back to late Sixties, I think. I meant to post something about this a while ago, put it off, and now I doubt I could find it. I recall seeing a schedule, which said Ai Miyazato would put in an appearance for Bridgestone this year. TMAG's Korean Facebook page has many other pix of Sharon at the Korean show. KLPGAer Gyeol Park was also there: ************ On a side note, it's odd that although TMAG floods the zone all over the world with their stuff, there's still talk that the golf business segment of Adidas is in trouble. Very strange...yes, their constant driver releases are ridiculous, so people avoid buying the stuff at full price...still, they're buying. I'm surprised their balls haven't made a bigger dent in the market. I think they're better than Callaway, Nike, and Bridgestone. On the rare occasions that I've put them in play, I seem to recall playing better than average. I'm too cheap to buy new ones, and I rarely find them when scavenging. I think I'll start the golf year carrying all my TM balls (twelve) and see what happens. They're of a mix of Pentas, RBZs, Burner Tour, TP/Red, TP/Black, etc...will put the un-scuffed ones in play first!

Ya I believe TMaG's golf division is B/E at best....Mark King got out at the right moment....they've got to shutdown their Adam's brand. But I also believe The Dark Side's golf division is also B/E at best too. I think Cally is doing OK.....but I think not too long ago they had reported $100M loss in a quarter.
Let's face it....TMaG and Nike makes their money from apparel and shoes taking advantage of child labor in slums in Asia....so to lose millions in golf is no big deal.
The Lethal's are good....but the latest TP's are nice. I don't like the Project(a)...too much spin and not a long ball. I liked the TP Red and Blacks...my 2nd HIO in 2014 was with a TP Red.
Years ago I never cared much for Cally balls...but things have changed. I like the Chrome Soft, Hex & Hex+, Hex Black and the SR2 and others too...I have yet to test out my SR1's and SR3's.
I find Nike balls to firm/clicky in feel.
The Smiling Buddda could teach you a thing about ball hawking...he has yet to buy a ball since 1992. I've got so many balls my retriever is taking a break in the car trunk...but will make an appearance in the summer.
