What is Chun's definition of a "proper apology?" That's some high class re-enactment there! LOL I don't think In Gee is a Drama Queen. If she feels there wasn't an apology, then at best they said a perfunctory 'sorry' on the way out of the airport. She did say that Ha Na's apology/acknowledgement after her win was good enough for her and that she wanted to put it behind her. Jang said she was sorry again at the airport after she landed as well. Personally, if I beaned someone I knew with a suitcase, I'd be beside myself apologizing over and over... |

Question, How famous would you say these two are in Korea? Something like how Spieth and Fowler are in the US? Less than that because women's sports isn't THAT popular, or much more than that, like NFL Quarterbacks Manning and Brady? Or is it beyond that even, like movie stars where it covers the whole culture. Sorry, that's a tough question, just always wondered what the deal is. Fairly well known. For the past three days, this incident was one of the top three most searched sports stories on one internet site I go to. |

I already have a working title for a reality show. It is called "The Golffather" The show will pair the famous overbearing fathers in golf and their player daughters. They will participate in a series of competitions like how long can they stay on the practice range, or how long can the fathers restraint themselves from middling the golf swings of their girls. There will also be a The Bachelorette type segments, in which the fathers will pick or turn away potential suitors of their daughters. The 1st season of the show needs to come out with a bang. We need legendary golf fathers. -Joon Chul Pak (of SE RI Pak). The original golf father, who famously made his daughter stayed overnight with him in cemetery in order for her to "conquer her fear". -Jeong Gil Kim (of Mi Hyun Kim). Another Hall of fame golf father, who allegedly wouldn't allow her girl to get married until she wins a major. -BJ Wie. This one needs no introduction. -Hong Gil Ko (of Lydia Ko). A relative new comer to this list. Started her daughter early and got New Zealand to foot the bill for the entire clan. And of course -Chang Ho Jang (of Ha Na Jang). Remember that Se Ri and her dad were already in a reality show in Korea last year. It seems like an odd little program from the clips I saw... She apologizes to In Gee again (this is mostly a Korean interview, but the first few moments show her arrival). |

Tom You're too late...there's already been a LPGA reality show that fits the above description with overbearing fathers: "The Natalie Gulbis Show" on GC. I think Nat has banished him from her life. She never tweets about him...only mom....and if he has unfortunately passed...then one might think Nat would tweet something on Father's Day....unless she does and I miss it. I trying to fish around at the CP CWO. I asked Greg where John is nowadays and I hadn't seem him at events as of recent. I think Greg suspected I was trolling and said John doesn't have a passport Maybe it expired....but I saw him in 2004 in Niagara Falls. |

I thought Ryann's mom hit the wall. Ryann lives in LA I think near her alma mater. Instagram shows she practices at Hillcrest. Not a good course but great food--Kosher and otherwise.
A friend of mine is a pro and he doesn't like her swing at all. She doesn't move off her left side. I like Patty. Too bad she always spit the bit in big tournaments.

In light of putting In Gee in the hospital Ha Na's performance and exuberant disposition were kinda bizarre. Looking at that reenactment it appeared that Mr. Jang tossed the luggage at poor In Gee. Mr. Jang isn’t in the clip though. The luggage is just flying through the air. I need to see how it left Mr. Jang possession to go flying through the air like that. Not all that good of a reenactment. We need the Taiwanese to take a stab at it, they do the best job. |

On a side note despite what 3-putt said, I have to agree that fanofseri's offer during the LPGA west coast swing is admirable. Despite his past security problems we need more Americans like himself.
