There are similarities between the two; Annika won 1995 USWO as her first LPGA win at age 24, and In Gee won 2015 as her first LPGA win at age 20. Annika defended her titlein 1996, we don't know what In Gee will do this year. Annika won 69 LPGA titles between 1995 and 2006, an average of more than 6 tournaments per year. That's a high bar if there is one. Unless we see Dumbo with huge pipes and a mustache in 2017....no way Dumbo will come close to the Swede 2nd GOAT's record..... You've a point. The difference between the skinny, slight and cute 1995 Annika and the 2005 Annika was like day and night.

Do you honestly believe a member at a private club would loop expecting to get paid? Since I know nothing about the private golf club culture, what else can I assume but a "yes" answer? But, I see your points. I'd like to think Tina slipped Brian a few bucks under the table from the mountain of cash she squeezed out of Golf NZ. **************** Kinda weird that she appears to have her photo ID badge clipped to her pants.

I wonder if Worth Blackwelder retired....he's not on Kim Kaufman's bag...looks like Audrey is on Kim's bag....she use to loop for Gerina a while ago.

Actually if you remember....the transition to a bulked up Annika was a short time period...it was only 2 years at most.....2000-2001...only juice can help that. I think Annika wanted to be a dominator once Webb poured in on in 1999...and then within 2 years she was a HULK and left Karrie in the dust. Yes....how does a slight Swede go onto to become the driving distance leader within 2 years. There's a transition picture of her arms...but I'm too lazy too find it. Annika was so cute in the 1995 USWO with that bow in her hair.

I'd like to think Tina slipped Brian a few bucks under the table from the mountain of cash she squeezed out of Golf NZ. Even if The Dragon Lady tried to slip Brain some of that 'dirty' Golf NZ money that she denied where it came from....LMAO....Brian likely would have denied it. That was Brian's 15 minutes of fame. Brian didn't volunteer to loop....someone at the club thought he would be a good loop for Lydia...so someone called him at home and asked him to come down to the club to meet the Ko's In classic Dragon Lady fashion....Tina pulled a Dina Ammacapanne...here's a past BC Sr. Men's champ....a member who knows the course like the back of his hand and is gonna loop for free and Tina insulted him by saying that she thought Brian was too old to carry Lydia's stand (not a staff) bag....lol. If the apple doesn't fall far from the tree...Lydia will indeed be a GOAT candidate...some of Tina's arrogance will flow into Lydia's DNA.

I agree with Johnny Miller, Karrie was the best player of that period. Not the greatest champion but a better golfer. If Se Ri hadn't been screwed up in the head by her father and been a happier individual, committed to fitness and was juiced--she could have been the best. Mannika and Tiger shot up the good stuff, that is for sure.

Few gals show any loyalty to their loops....and I think they abused this because they know they can treat them that way....fire them knowing that another 20 are waiting in the sidelines. Look at MHL firing Old Mike only to hire him back within weeks and then toasting him again. And the journeymen loops likely live near poverty...travelling to each site on their own coin. Although I heard it from a loop...so a one sided story....there's a lot of nickel and diming....and the loops give in cause they've already spent the money travelling to the next event. They could make better money looping at Bandon, Pebble, Pinehurst, Erin Hills, etc, etc....and avoid all the diva drama. I always liked chatting with Worth cause he's been on tour so long.

Yes....I know Annika was returning from a neck injury....but is it coincidence that she decided to retire when drug testing was starting to heighten up on the LPGA?

Ha Na Jang interviews to open the broadcast should be a recurring bit. Whatever she wants to talk about. Funny it took a hole in one on a par 4 for them to realize she's the best interview on tour. Randall Mell has a good Ha Na article up.
Abbott needs to rate the fashion. 100% of my household is watching specifically for the outfits. The "who wore it better" segment would be the biggest talker in golf.
Putt, I'm planning on going to the Crown this year. Possible the KPMG in WA. Wonder if Dumbo will have the fan club at any west coast events. If so I'd be hanging with them. Sounds like the ANA is a no brainer for the parties that week.

Sounds like the ANA is a no brainer for the parties that week. Ya....make it out to Seattle and we can fanboy the Sista's....especially HYP, Bada*ss, The Hulk, SYR and Dumbo.....and GIMME (a fake one). I doubt there will be many Dumbo fanboys on the west coast. Playing here in Van City is about the closest to any Asian centric event outside of the Pac Rim....and there were few Asian pro fan boys here. I met up with a few MJ Hur fanboys and one wrote some MJ stuff on a shirt. Although I never spoke with him...HYP's coach told me about him....but there was older Asian fanboy from Seattle (likely Happyfan's FIL...lol) who attended the Portland event and then came to Van City a week later...he followed The Rocket and the Mini Rocket each day in Portland and in Van City. They both missed the cut here and I never saw him on the weekend....lol. fanofseri will know more. I think the ANA has toned down since the main Lez Fest was moved away from Palm Springs to either Vegas or LA.

Phil Ai-Chan, Nomura and Yokomine's loops must be kept busy to make sure their pro is not penalized....they all have over 14 clubs in the bags.

Not the facts: you are saying that I'm participating in some sort of contest with you, which is simply untrue. Shouldn't I have a right to decide to participate in that? And if I clearly don't want to, as should be obvious to anyone by now, wouldn't it be the polite thing to let it drop, rather than keep going on and on? I don't get your way of thinking at all. You couldn't be that clueless to human nature, so I'm guessing you are purposely hoping to irritate me. Which, if true, is really lame. Happy You should take a trip to visit fanofseri to get your sense of humor back....that guy is just plain AWESOME....heck ....you could go back and forth with 'fake' vs. 'real' banter for 3 days w/o being bored. You've made up an argument we didn't have and apparently intend to throw it in my face all year. How is that funny? It's an alien sort of humor to me, I must admit...

All you guys need to stop talking about Dumbo.....it's not good karma....she's got enough pressure from 55+M Koreans. In Gee stays in the kitchen, because she can stand the heat. "The more expectations, the more fun. Golf with little pressure is no fun at all. This is because I have been taught to enjoy the game of golf under a lot of pressure. I believe I actually play better when the pressure is on me." - In Gee Chun
