Yani and Eun-Hee dropped out of the Table but Stacy returned and brought Hyo Joo and Ariya with her. Seven of the top eight in the final Standings had the tournament winner Sun Ju Ahn. Olamin had both Big Mama and Ji Hee but he had them on the bottom half of his card, missing out on a podium slot. Canlinny was alone among the top eight not to have selected Sun Ju but with Jenny finishing solo 4th just out of the playoff she cops the bronze medal this week. The difference between gold and silver is, of all people, Ariya Jutanugarn. The Verdent one was alone in garnering points from the fifth place finisher, giving him six scoring selections to shung's five despite the latter picking Sun Ju higher than anyone else. Congratulations Verdant Garden on your second win of the season.
Congratulations as well to olamin for clinching the HappyFan Trophy as the season long PakPicker champion for 2015. He came into this week twenty points ahead of his closest pursuers but his fourth place finish this week along with his closest challengers missing the top ten by a country mile sealed the title with two events remaining.
Since we're being generous this week we also have THREE wooden spoons to hand out. Olamin's two closest challengers canuck and tonyj5 along with Golfing Grammy each had just two scoring selections - the same two, Stacy and Lexi, in the same positions, first and second, for eighteen points apiece. As they say, misery loves company, and there's plenty of both to go around among our three cellar dwellers this week.
Appropriately enough Elf, who was sorely missed this time around, has the reigns for his home nation's event this coming week after which today's winner closes the season in the scoring tent for the CME Tour Championship. It has been a privilege serving as your scorer again this season and I look forward to more participation in 2016.
