Yoon Kyung made a nice birdie at the last hole . Both Inbee and Hyo bogie it. I see Ha Na withdrew. She was really struggling the times, that I saw her. I guess she hurt herself.

So what are the requisites to play in this major?
Is KLPGA membership a requirement or is there sectional qualifying? Is there a maximum handicap necessary for a Am for sectional qualifying?
I ask this because how could a screen golfer qualify?
I know there is a screen golf tour in S. Korea.

Round 3: Heo Leads Star Packed LeaderboardYoon Kyung Heo continues to lead after round 3, shooting a 4 under par 68 to move to 11 under par. She once again has a two shot advantage. But look who is tied for second! The winners of the first three Majors, Hyo Joo Kim and Kyu Jung Baek, both went deep on Saturday. Kim shot a 67, Baek a 68, and both are now tied at 9 under. The final group Sunday will be Baek, Kim and Heo!! And in solo fourth, three back, is none other than Inbee Park, who is still looking for her first career win in Korea. Inbee also had a hole in one during her 68! Behind her is the #2 player on the money list this year, Jung Min Lee. Shin Ae Ahn is at 6 under. She still has a shot at the first win for her since 2010, but she'd have to beat a bunch of great players to do it and come from 5 back. A tall order but not impossible! Ha Neul is at 4 under, still top ten! One more day! Scores: 1. Yoon Kyung Heo 68 -11 2. Kyu Jung Baek (R) 68 -9 - Hyo Joo Kim 67 -9 4. Inbee Park 68 -85. Jung Min Lee 68 -7 Notables: 6. Shin Ae Ahn 70 -6 8. Ha Neul Kim 70 -4 - Sei Young Kim 71 -4 14. Ji Hee Kim 73 -3 22. In Gee Chun 71 -1 - Jin Young Ko (R) 70 -1 - Min Sun Kim 5 (R) 71 -1 28. Kyeong Bae 73 Even - Chae Young Yoon 72 Even 33. Soo Jin Yang 71 +1 37. Je Yoon Yang 74 +2 - Ji Hyun Oh (R) 71 +2 41. Ran Hong 72 +3 60. Hye Youn Kim 75 +6

The screen golfer has a low handicap, but never made it past the mini-tours in real women's golf in Korea.

Something else to watch this week: apparently, based on the events that will fall off their two year windows, Inbee Park WILL be the #1 golfer in the world next week. However, a win or great finish here wouldn't hurt.

Assuming she's a 2 cap...which is a very good golfer, she's still giving up a minimum of 4 strokes per round to a top KLPGA pro or a minimum of 16+ strokes per 4 rd event. There's also a HUGE difference hitting off an indoor mat vs. real playing conditions.

I lost my cable feed of the Blue Bay and was also watching the KB...but just couldn't stay awake any longer at 1130pm PST....HJK just birdied to go to -9 and Heo, Baek and Inbee were at -8.....hope to stay up late and watch both.
I'm rooting for HJK.
HF...thanks for the pics of Sky & Sharon again.

Stacy Lewis is a great golfer, but she makes it very hard to like her, as a person. About three weeks ago, in an interview with Golf Magazine. She was asked who her biggest competitor was, for the number one "Rolex Ranking".
First she stated that number three ranked Lydia Ko, was ranked number two. Then she went on to say that they would be fighting it out, for the top spot for a long time. To me that was very "DISPECTFUL" to number two ranked Inbee Park. The little respect that I had for Lewis, disappeared after that interview.
