Starts Thursday for a field of 96 (including Hori One and Two) ... top-50 plus ties will make the cut.
********
Probably the last chance for the hanger-ons to earn enough points and avoid Palookaville in 2025 ... top-50 is golden ... #51 thru #55 normally gives you a ticket for the first half of the following season. Four of the players below have one win this year, don't know if that gets them anything extra.

Only got to see Momoko once before she went back to the JLPGA Tour. She was the ultimate Professional and a great no nonsense golfer.
Yui Kawamoto even par didn't keep up with the Leaders. Two more rounds to get back up there.
Nice round at minus three by Kotone Hori.

FYI, the big tour championship next week will take a max of 40 players ... that field includes everyone who has a win this year. I think any JLPGA member with a win on the LPGA this year is also eligible. Anyone in the Rolex top-50 as of November 5 is also eligible. The remaining players will be taken from the Mercedes Points list. Coming into the Daio Paper, Hori Two appears safe in points at #29 ... Hana Lee may have a problem at #37, made worse by her 74 on Saturday.

I vividly recall seeing Momoko at the 2007 Fields Open in Hawai'i. Brittany Lincicome, who has made the cut at the Annika at Pelican, was also there. Happy retirements to both.

Another win for MeYou (career #13) who was never in any real danger. There were bigger stories here regarding points and money for other players.
Rogue YT video below with a few groups playing the par-4 1st hole on Sunday ... Hori Two shows up at 10:38. Akie Iwai was in the first group ... crushed her drive, but then airmailed the green and hit two chili dips ... finished with a double. That ain't gonna work at LPGA Q-Series ... it was probably just a fluke as she finished with a 66. BTW, Iwai is pronounced "Ee-why" ... you may be hearing it a lot in 2025.

Fashion accessory of the year goes to Chia Yen Wu and her Fat Jack belt buckle ... made big jump in points from #47 to #36, which got her into the tour championship next week.
The season is over for Hana Lee (+2) ... has a full ride for next season. 👍
Big finish by Kotoko Uchida (-12), who moved up six spots to #50 in points 👍 ...
... likewise, Eri Okayama (-12) will have a Willy Wonka gold ticket next season after moving up four spots to #49 in points. 👍

Nice clean scorecard four birdies no bogeys for Yui Kawamoto to get a top ten tie. Kotone Hori didn't do too good at plus one Final round,
