A big week for Annie! She needs to earn 35.0 CME (solo 25th) points to be safely inside Top-150, which qualifies her for 2024 Q-Series final qualifying tournament and better priority for 2025 events. She needs 70.0 (Solo 11th) for Top-125 which will qualifies her for next week's Annika tournament. Best yet, a solo 4th for Top-100. Go Annie, go Annie! What a round of golf by Annie; she delivered when she absolutely had to. She's so much clutchier than her younger countrywoman Yealimi Noh! Two more rounds to go, Go Annie! I saw she was 2 under through 4 but then got busy at work, I'm relieved to see a 68! It looks like Yealimi is taking a much needed rest until the CME. |

Waitwait Zhang was a DQ on Wednesday, don't know why.
In case you missed it, J. Song's ace on Wednesday ... don't know if there is enough bad golf Thursday PM to get her into Round Three. |

Unfortunately Jen bogeyed her last 2 and will miss the cut. Might be her swan song on the big tour but that was signaled when she dumped AP at the Dow to play with Amy Yang in hope of securing a W.

Typical this year A Lim Kim made bogey on last two holes drop to a tie for the lead.
So Young Lee two birdies eagle front nine, two bogeys no birdies back nine.
Jin Young Ko and Hyo Joo Kim had nice rounds of minus three.
Yu Jin Sung ad an ok round of minus two to move up twenty-nine spots
You Min Hwang also scored minus three at minus five for Tournament.
So Mi Lee and Hye Jin Choi had identical rounds of seventy-two both days.

Late bogeys by A Lim Kim and Guseva dropped them back into a four-way tie at the end of the 2nd round. Anybody's tournament.

Youmin silently put herself into contention with another 69. I would LOVE her to win this and decide to come over next year. I want two great rookies next season! Jin Young and Hyo Joo also nicely placed. I wish I could get more excited about A Lim, but she always manages to tank and I'm just worried it will happen tomorrow. Would be great to see her get a second win, though. Hwaiting !  |

Dont count out Awesome Kim who is only 2 back and fired a 66. Her avg distance was clocked at 307 👀 (I know it's only 1 or 2 holes, but impressive nonetheless!)
