I didn't realize that NASA showed up for this one ... and brought Johnston with her. It's her only appearance in Japan this year, as she is skipping TOTO ... needs an LPGA win by year-end to play the 2025 Hilton TOC.
Started using Srixon ZXi7 irons in Shanghai last week.

Rio Takeda's 3rd trunk slam in 27 starts this year ... was T-104 in fairways hit during first two days ... Google mush from an article: "I'll take this as a good rest and focus on next week," she said. After bravely finishing her interview with few words, she burst into tears in the clubhouse in front of her mother, Satoko, a professional golfer and her mentor. 😭

I watched one of the rogue videos ... it looked like Iwai would take control by the end of the day, but she rinsed her ball on one hole, while MY Lee had a flop shot hole-out for birdie, so it's still a toss up. Also look out for Kobayashi who is driving it 271 this week.

A great win (#7) for Min Young Lee over NASA, MeYou and Team Iwai ... the rogue video below has her last five holes, highlighted by her par at the par-4 16th which included two flop shots (33:18 thru 35:14) and her two jail escapes at #17 on the weekend (45:10 thru 48:30) ... and NO water bottles at the end, this is a serious tour -

Low am Yoshida Two (-1) ... I hope there's a gift card in there ... which would be better than getting a lousy paperweight trophy.
No birdie at #18 for NASA
The 4-under twins, Hori Two and Yui
Weak weekend for Sakura-chan (-5)
