I just saw one reason that Hee Jeong Lim isn't scoring.
They showed her and I thought that she would make birdie.
But she hit a thirty-foot putt about eleven feet past the hole.
Left her par putt just short of course.
You just can't give away strokes on a tough golf course.
That's two bogeys in five holes, did make birdie on her first hole.
I know it probably bothers her by having a the time on the other side of the broadcast.
At least Min Byeol Kim and Min Ji Park may get shown.
Min Byeol Kim just hit her tee shot on par three number two in the water right.
Hit her shot from the drop area short of the green,
Su Ji Kim just missed a short par putt.
Go Min Ji Park at least one of my favorites may keep going.
Hee Jeong Lim just made a double, so she is plus three through six holes.
Looking forward to her rebounding next year

Min Byeol has had a few good putts and chips, though. She just seems to be barely missing the birdies, and with that one big mistake, is +2. Hopefully they will start falling for her!

Yikes, Ina got to a par 5 and hit driver -- right into the right woods. Her second shot didn't even go a meter. Hope she can get out of that mess with no worse than a bogey...
[EDIT]: Ah, that short second shot was a scoreboard mistake. She actually hit the green in regulation despite being in the woods off the tee, but then three putted, so she still made bogey. Still, it could have been a lot worse...

Min Byeol holed out on 8 from 110 yards! That's one way to get a birdie... So far her only one of the day, but I'll take it!

Tough round today, but a lot of big names on the leaderboard. Min Byeol actually had a share of the lead but missed the fairway on 17, laid up, hit the ball close, but just missed the short par save. Also missed a short one on 18 for birdie. But still, one of the best rounds from her in a while, great job! Ina played it safe, made at least one bomb birdie I saw, and managed a tidy 70 herself. Bang and Yewon Lee struggled a bit, but I think +3 or better was pretty good today. Hwaiting!  |

Min Byeol Kim had a double on hole two after that, five birdies and one bogey. Min Ji Park even par so things are looking up for them.

So sad to see Song Ga Eun propping up the leaderboard especially as her campaign started in such positive fashion with earning a card for the JLPGA Tour.Has she been injured?Was the transition too hard for her?I really hope that she resolves the issues that are holding her back and returns to the form that saw her winning tournaments.

Hee Jeong Lim made bogey on one and two.
Standing on number two tee she did not look happy.
I can understand because at the beginning of the year she expected to challenge for the top spot.
She should see how Min Ji Park is always upbeat no matter how she is playing.

Min Byeol had an early bogey but has played decently since then. She just had a 360 birdie lipout on the par 5 7th. Sigh. Ina has also just not made the putts she needs to make, but is playing OK. Youmin has made the big move and is tied at 4 under with Carrie Park. Hwaiting! [EDIT] And of course they both made bogey as soon as I posted.  Neither has made a birdie yet today, but it's time to change that. Go Kelly Girls!! |
