Almost 8 AM, The Rocket teed off at #1 with Ping driver, has Mizuno bag. Cheeseburger Chad is behind 1st tee bleachers ... he had SC Cheng last week and Money Chien this week.

Change of plans ... started out with YJS at #10, instead of Ginny Im at #1. Sung is -2 thru 4 holes ... see, I told you that YJS or Im could break the ROK winless streak here. Sung rolled in downhill 11-foot birdie at #10, 2-putted from 30+ feet at #11, and made 6-foot birdie at #12. Drove into left fw bunker at #13 ... approach was short and left, leaving awkward pitch to sloping downhill green ... hit to 3-feet and made par. Yikes, 3-foot lip-out at #14, back to -1. Mama Sung following along with shroud and Hanwha umbrella. Yes, check out YJS before she gets tired of living in the U.S. by the end of 2026.
It's warm, the ball should carry, no bumps in the greens and almost no wind at all ... the morning wave should burn this place down.

Sung's knowledge of English is good enough to have an extended chat with Pernilla off the 15th green. Lindberg chipped in for birdie at #16. Kemp birdied the short par-3 17th ... a guy in the mini-pavillion behind the green loudly cheered and motioned for the ball, so she tossed it up to him ... as she walked to #18, he threw it back. Kemp turned to her looper and said, "Do you know that man? He's a priest." All three birdied #18. The only knock on Sung is that I counted three left misses with the driver. I'm breaking off now from this group.

After a perfect drive at the reachable par-5 9th, Dr. Noh whacked the turf following her approach ... missed the green in right rough ... nice little flop shot, but still ran away from pin ... 10-foot birdie attempt was a couple inches short. Disappointing pars for her (-4) and AL Kim ... third pro is Hira Naveed.

Three-foot lip-out birdie attempt by Dr. Noh at #10 ... carried her L.A.B. Golf broom to the 11th tee box ... hoping she will helicopter it into the woods one day. Naveed is -2 ... chokes down at least one inch on her irons and close to two inches on the driver.

Short par-4 12th with dogleg right. Dr. Noh's caddie confirms club choice (fw or ut), saying "you'll be left with no more than 90, that's a green light pin" ... not sure if that's still true as she hit a rightward leaker towards the rough ... followed by a mild turf thump. Im is two groups behind, I'll wait here at tee.

From behind par-3 11th green, Ginny's ball bounced out of the 3-foot high junk at the green's front-left, leaving her a putt from the collar ... from downtown and with some right-to-left break at the end, she nailed it!!!! I think that's Kylie Pratt on her bag, who is keeping the conversations short and simple.
I am seeing turtles much farther away from the marshes than usual ... just spotted one on an unusual tee box at #14, which is near Route 9.

Na Rin An made a short left-to-right breaker at #8 to reach -6 ... waiting hit at #9 ... Kinhult gaming a Titleist U505 #4 utility iron. After they hit, I went back to 8th green where Yubol is -10!!!! Now at 9th tee.

They finally found NASA's ball in the greenside garbage at #9 ... WAY OVER 3-minute time limit ... I guess it is an unenforced dumb rule. Meanwhile Piano is waiting forever for her 60 putt... I'm guessing 10 feet.

After a snack and water break, I'm wandering around aimlessly. The EMP arrived at 4th tee ... it sounded like her driver scuffed the ground in the impact zone, which would explain her weak hook to the left. She just arrived at the 5th green at +2.
Watched The Ice Cream Princess tee off at nos. 1 & 2 ... it looks like the photo/video guy Ben Harpring is on her bag ... playing with Aditi (pronounced "Ah-dottie" by the starter) and Savannah G.

Bam Bam trying to turn back the clock, finished the back 9 at -4. Hit a poor flop shot for her third at 18, but ran in a long putt for birdie ... lots cheers as she walked towards the green exit and with her head down, she muttered with a smile, "sh***y chip".😠Her bag is a white blank with just her name. Playing with WW Zhang (has a bag just like Bam Bam's) and Jing Yan, who finally stopped displaying the U-Wash. logo on her bag and attire (she was only there for 15 minutes).

Bam Bam rolled in birdie at the brutal par-4 2nd, now -5, woo hoo! Zhang's second went over the green and into some shrubbery and made a double.
