My wife and I are off to Evian next month. I have a 4 day ticket and plan to attend all days with the hope every day will include some In Gee spotting. It's my wife's first tournament. She has a passing interest in golf. Do you have any tips of how to keep her happy at the course? Depending on how this trip goes will dictate whether a trip to the British Open at St Andrews in August is allowed  |

That area of France borders on Lac Leman, which has all sorts of interesting places to visit. The course itself has a lovely view of the lake, but if she gets tired of hanging around there, she could visit Lausanne or Geneva or Montreux, all of which border the lake and all of which are gorgeous and interesting.

Just keep her away from Franck and Jacques. The last thing you want is to leave France as a newly-minted bachelor.
