It's about 7:55 am and Ronni just finished her warm-up ... hit only about 4 drivers, the last being a perfect power cut down the middle. They have sand to the right of the range, which I don't remember from 2015 ... Saiki Fujita and NASA were hitting fw bunker shots from there.

Well, that didn't take long ... THREE groups waiting to hit at the par-3 12th after starting at #10. Now it's two waiting ... I followed the 2nd group, Gangsta Yin, Janet Lin (Shark/Ninja bag sponsor) and Sakura "Key-wah" (per the starter at #10 ... is that accurate or today's first butchering?).

No. 12 will hose up the whole golf course. Yin and Koiwai rinsed their balls, took drops, chipped on ... and now that threesome has moved to the side to let the next threesome tee off.

Yui (-1 thru 11) and Jeon (+5) sitting on a blanket, munching on snacks and posing for pics at 12th tee box. Iqbal (Colorado Buffs headcovers) is third player in group at +7. I will stick with them to see if Yui can hold her s*** together.

MB Kim (-1) tried to get cute with a bunker shot at #1 ... hit the lip and it rolled back to her feet ... she's now at Even.

Just passed Korda Two's death march at # 18 ... here comes Ko/Ko/Hull behind her ... surprised these three have no standard bearer.

I was too harsh on Yui ... she chipped on and made the putt at # 12 for a bogey, but that hole is like a par-4 today ... and the scoreboard says she birdied #13.

Dr. Noh is ready to cash in her dwindling chips now. Teed off with 3w or 5w at par-4 14th ... knocked it into left bunker and gave the rake a mild kick. Knocked iron into right bunker at green, but made par saver putt to stay at +6. Now a long delay at #15 tee. She's with So Mi and Donegan.

Surprised to see Dr. Noh with the shortest drive at par-4 15th, a down and up dogleg left. Her approach was above the flag, leaving her in 3-putt territory, which she found. 😠She didn't take the flag out on her par attempt, even though the wind was moving it.

Now at the main practice green ... Pei Ying Tsai's coach has her doing a constant shoulder rocking drill ... uses a Cally 2-ball putter.

Heard the first roar today ... *Talley makes birdie putt at #6 to go -1.

It was too crazy around the 1st and 2nd holes, so I crossed the river at #3 ... will intercept MHL on this side later.

Watched The Ice Cream Princess hit at 4 thru 7. I think her swing has changed a little bit ... it seemed like she threw her body into the ball more during her junior days. Penguin Princess looked sound but unspectacular ... Team Pano was also in group.

Meadow is out and Misemer of U. of Arizona has replaced her to play with MHL and Esther H. I wonder if she was here all week just in case someone to got sick or injured.
