Here is the linkThe event takes place December 16 - 20 in Marrakech, Morocco (!). Anyhoo, I mention it cause Jung Min Hong has decided to take a crack at it. She might decide to go there if she gets in, since she didn't get very good status at LPGA Q Series. Stay tuned! All aboard the train!

Numerous washouts and never-wases are at three sites in Morocco this week for pre-qualifying (Dec. 10 - 12). Tiff Chan (-3) finished T-13 at one of them, so I'm guessing that's good enough to get into the finals ... ditto for Ayako Uehara (-3) who finished T-12 at a different site.
Sadena Parks (-6) in 5th place should advance ... looks like she dumped PXG (or, more likely, PXG dumped her).

Mediocre start for Jung Min Hong, even par. Six birdies, two bogies, two doubles. Four rounds to go! Leaderboard

Better day two for Hong, a 69 (four birdies, one bogies) that moved her up to t-26th, 3 under total. She's currently 9 shots out of the lead.

Boy, what a motley bunch ... is there a cut? Seen a few in person and some go WAY back ... might have seen O Sattaya at UMCC during the 2007-09 timeframe.
Shasta A. is one of my crude golf swing videos from about 10 years ago at Galloway Natl GC ... she and her driver swing looked pretty good ... that plus 50 cents has gotten her a cup of coffee since then. BTW, who is footing the bill for this excursion to Morocco? Ugh, 79-76, come back home, Shoprite/Acer needs you for Wednesday and Thursday. Fyi, her weapon below is a Cobra Aerojet driver.

Jung Min might want to consider going back home to Korea and working on her game. She shot a 74 today, three bogies and an eagle, and is now t-39th with two rounds to go. That's not too encouraging in this weak field.

Jung Min Hong shot sixty-seven to move up to sixteenth place. Not sure why she would want to play the LET, not much of an upgrade and a lot of travel. However, it's her decision to make, just curious.

She has played well on one of the courses and poorly on the other. I guess it depends where they play the final round as to how she will do!
In any event, my guess is that all the players will play the final round on the same course.
Not sure what the appeal is of playing in Europe, either. Perhaps she just wants to see the world. But she sure isn't going to have a big support group on that tour. I don't know if there are any other Koreans over there right now.

Just as she did at Q-Series, Jung Min Hong got a card here by the skin of her teeth. Shot a 70 in the final round to finish tied for 20th, with only the top 20 and ties getting cards.
I suspect that she will return to Korea at this point, but we'll see.
(As it turned out, they played the final round on the course she had been having a hard time with. Bad break there, but her 70 was her best score on that course all week).
