Li Shuying was that Chinese player who qualified for the KLPGA by rising up through the ranks in Korea. Good for her.
I understand the allure of the KLPGA being the best tour in Asia and attracting talent all over Asia.
I don't have issue with Asian players or international players playing on the KLPGA tour. I think it was great for Grant to come and play a couple weeks.
My only concern is the quality of the players. What is the KLPGA doing to make sure the international players are decent. I think it's a disservice to the international players to invite them here and they not be able to endure. Like really struggling or quiting due to the competition. The tests for the Asian players should be such that they can have a chance here and not go home disappointed and bankrupt and pissed off.
